I sent text after text after text, with no reply! My due date for filing my paperwork expired and now having to deal with IRS on my own. Her lack of professionalism is disgusting! She didn't even have the common courtesy of letting me know that she wasn't going to help with a problem that SHE KNEW Of, and never advised me differently. I even called Murillo tax service office and left a message, requesting an office manager call me back and got the same response...NONE! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Joel aka Joe did our taxes, he put deductions that we had no clue about a heads up would have been nice with our consent to do so, so we know what we would get ourselves in to with the IRS. At the end of the two years we were to pay $1000 back that wasn't so the IRS came back charging us $2000 for each year. I've called Joel aka Joe back several time since 2020 and 2021, I either get messages with a certain day to sort out the issues with the Taxes or I don't get a response back at all. I've been trying to track this man down for the past 7months and nothing. I've even gone to their office and they are closed. It's a shame this place just took our money and won't follow thru. I understand ppl get busy and make mistakes but he should accept accountability for his mistakes and help us out dealing with the IRS is no joke. If you don't want to have issues with the IRS stay away from this place.

We were given multiple assurances and scheduled communications, but there was no consistency or accountability. Calls were missed, and messages went unanswered, leaving us without resolution. While there may be a high client volume, communication and reliability are critical when handling something as time-sensitive as taxes. This experience felt unprofessional and disorganized.
