I used to take pride in choosing Hilton brands. Over the years, the standards have dropped fast. This location is a perfect example. Let's start with breakfast. The coffee is awful. Not "kind of weak." Not "could be better." Just bad. If I did not travel with my own coffee, I would be stuck with something I would not even serve at home. Now the bigger issue. Service and cleanliness are not what you expect when you pay a good price for a room. A clean room should stay clean. Rooms should be serviced the way they were for decades. Daily basics. Trash. Towels. Bathroom. Floors. Instead, guests get excuses. They blame short staffing. I blame supervision. If a hotel cannot meet basic standards, that is not a staffing problem. That is leadership letting problems slide. And when I hear staff blame other staff, it tells me the accountability is even worse. Even the basics have been cut down. The toilet paper is so thin you can read your iPad or a newspaper through it. pending upon what you use, it a joke. And the room does not smell clean. It smells like whatever perfume, cologne, cigarettes, they smoke, or strong cleaner the person used. That is not "fresh." That is covering up. The final straw is the visible neglect. If I can stand in the bathroom and see mold and cobwebs along the floorboards, that tells me the hotel is not being maintained and not being checked. This is not about "elite status." This is about being a paying customer and expecting the bare minimum: clean, maintained, and professionally managed. And yes, they still charge you full price on the way out. I will not be back.

Amenities include a small arcade room that held a claw machine and a video game. The indoor pool is small but there are towels and seating. The gym, also small, has new equipment. An outdoor patio includes a fire pit and seating. All the public areas are clean and in good condition. I didn't look for a laundry, so check their website for that information. I booked through their app and a King Suite was eight dollars more than a King room. After traveling for several days I thought the extra space would be welcome . Definitely worth a few dollars more. The long entry into the room has enough space to set up the portable luggage rack. A wet bar in this space includes a fridge and microwave. The closet has a few hangers plus an extra blanket, iron and board. The bathroom is spacious. Plenty if counter space. Clean. Multi-use body wash, shampoo, conditioner and skin cream. Enough soft and absorbant towels for our one night stay. Ice bucket was located here as well. Next to the entryway is a couch, coffee table, small kitchen table, two chairs and a coffee maker. The King bed is further in the room, across from a luggage rack/bench, dresser and TV. A comfy seat, ottoman and desk area are by the window. Bed was comfortable. Heat control on the wall. Everything in the room was in good condition and clean. We could have checked in via the app, but chose to do so onsite. Receptionist was pleasant and the process quick. She told us what time breakfast was served as she handed us the key. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel market includes soft drinks and beers as well as snacks and microwaveable items. Breakfast hot items were sausage, biscuits and gravy. Oatmeal was instant packets instead of the crockpot cooked version. Cold cereals and break items as expected. Milk was available in one of two fridges. Coffee station is across from the food area with nice big take away cups, tea and cocoa. A pancake maker is near the coffee. A fireplace was burning during breakfast service. Several work station type seating is available in the middle of the room and smaller tables along the window wall. A staff member kept everything in order. Plenty of parking. Close enoigh to the highway and within quick driving distance of shopping, fuel and restaurants.

Room was nice and large but windows are so thin you hear every vehicle drive by the heavily traveled road (including the fire station across the street.). Staff was attentive but the walls are so thin I heard the guy in the next room clear is throat. They try to be ADA accessible but the shower seat provided was so comically small that my wheelchair wife has to sit on the floor to use it, something she can't get in and out of because, well she's in a wheelchair. If you're looking for a goodnight sleep this place is way to loud for that to ever happen. If you are in a wheelchair don't expect to be able to use the shower. At least staff was nice enough to let us depart early with no penalty.

I can not say enough good things about this place but especially about the manager Adam Gooler and his staff. The party was a huge hit with tremendous food, service and the personal attention we received all evening from Adam who could not have made this an easier or more pleasant experience. Stayed Oct 6-8, 2025 on 2nd floor. Woke up with welts on my back. Assumed it was just some weird…read moreallergic reaction to the sheets or something. Took a shower and left for day. Slept next night on top of sheets and woke up covered in welts. Itchy and swollen. Then I noticed the bite marks. Called doc right away and she diagnosed me with bed bug bites! Not that the timing is ever good for bed bugs...but my son was getting married this weekend! My off the shoulder gown that I had special ordered for the big event - planned a year in advance - and now I'm covered in welts from the bed bugs! I know this can happen at any hotel - and some of this is obviously out of their control - but when I checked out on the 8th I went straight to front desk - showed the woman some of my bites and told her they need to do something with my room immediately! She just nodded, took my room key and said "would you like a receipt?" Huh??? No "I'm so sorry" or "we'll look into that right away!". Nope. So I'm now forced to write reviews to warn others. Had to throw away my brand new luggage and all my clothing. No offer by hotel to offset my losses. Not to mention how horrible I look for my son's wedding! Just deplorable.

For around $100 per night, you get a decent value, just don't expect a Four Seasons experience. (We ended up going to Sheetz down the road for coffee and McDonald's for a bite to eat.) However, it was a nice place to spend that time, despite my life feeling like I was in a groundhog day movie. The daily, free lobby breakfast rotates through a few basic options. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, and always oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, bagels/toast/English muffins, etc. Plus, my kids' favorite, a waffle maker and a lot of batter to make your own waffles. The best part of this hotel is that it is dog friendly, with a 50 dollar pet charge, and it's quite nice for a pet-friendly hotel. Across the street you'll find several restaurants, a movie theatre, etc. There is also a small pool (no hot tub) and an exercise room that gets the job done! Although I was thrilled to escape after continuously extending my stay during the car fiasco, I have and will stay there again when I'm in the area with my pup.

Well things have sure changed here and for the better. No more dirt and grime from the frackers who are now told to remove their filthy boots before entering, thank goodness! Food and service were very good and the owner was always there to check in on the party and make sure everything was going well. The most impressive element is probably the space itself, with a gorgeous parlor (baby grand piano and all) painted turquoise, cathedral vaulted ceilings, and various moldings and accents. That is about all I remember from before I hit the open bar, which, together with the cocktaik hour, were just awesome.
