Staff is punctual, friendly, skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. Juanita is very personable and sweet. My only real complaint would be that they try to push a lot of extra stuff on you. Juanita Bahroos's husband is also a dentist and they push his services on you during your whole appointment every time. Stuff like whitening, braces, veneers, and extra services to scan for cancer are offered repeatedly. These "extra services" aren't covered by insurance and only claim to be able to detect oral cancer slightly sooner. And there seems to be a new option every 6 months.

He has been my ophthalmologist for many years. I had bilateral cataract surgery with a special intraoperative lens implant a week ago. The cataracts were extremely calcified and challenging to remove. My vision after the procedures went from seeing only light and dark shadows to 20/20 within a few days. I am delighted to be glasses free. Dr. Sosne is personable, competent and caring. He is always clear in his explanations and instructions and involves you in the treatment plan. I feel respected by him and all of the staff encountered during my visits. I am treated as an individual not as "just another patient". Holly (surgery coordinator) was very helpful with preparing me for the procedures and scheduling them. Dr. Dass assisted Dr. Sosne at my most recent appointment. She was also personable, competent and caring. The Rochlen's office is clean and well equipped and *doesn't smell like nitrous oxide.* The staff are all friendly and professional. I see Dr Michelle Rochlen most frequently but her Dad, Dr Gary Rochlen, has also treated me--always without fuss, drama, or pain. When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I'll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first. At the same time, I've never had the feeling that I was paying for someone's lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell. Every hygienist and assistant I've seen - and I've been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough.
