Oh my goodness you guys! These drinks were 1000/10! Our barista was the sweetest and I loved the atmosphere. I ordered the Campfire and my tastebuds exploded! The perfect mixture of maple, cinnamon, honey and don't even get me started on the ghostbuster cold foam!!!!!! Oh my goodness! So freaking good!!!!!!!! I asked for 3/4 sweet and it was perfection!!! I ordered a small cappuccino. After I asked she said it is a double shot, which is my first test. I received a latte rather than a cappuccino, but it was good. The young couple (assuming they are a couple) running this coffee shop are really nice and the walls are covered with nice artwork. It got really busy after I took this picture, but there is plenty of seating. This is one of two locations. The other is about a half mile north and aptly named Midtown Coffee North on Google. Delicious coffee and muffin and great service. The person helping me said the coffees were pretty sweet so we agreed upon 1/4 sweetness and it was great! I really dislike sugary drinks, and that was so thoughtful of her. The muffin was an Earl Grey with lavender frosting and delicious. Amazing customer service, the best local coffee spot. The sit down store is soo cute & cozy. They always have new things to try and interesting flavors. I love the fact that the menu changes seasonally. The coffee itself is soo good and never burnt, never stale. I love that they have dairy free options, as well. One time I received a coffee with regular milk (i have a dairy intolerance), and called them to let them know. They gave me a gift card to replace the drink, and were soo kind. I've even dropped a coffee, and came back to purchase another, and I was given the new drink for free. Staff is awesome. Prices are very reasonable, and I love the punch card system. I've tried most coffee drinks, but the iced Haze w/oat milk is my go-to. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! read more

We received some of The natural state coffee the Brazil, As a gift,and fell in love. We finished it a little over a month ago and all we could think about was how we wanted more. So we made a special trip approximately an hour to go and purchase some more. While we were there we bought some coffee to enjoy on our trip back. It was delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. They ground our coffee for us so we can have the perfect cold brew. I would definitely recommend the coffee shop as well as the natural state coffee. I had an iced Pablo Honey. My husband had an iced latte. The only problem I have is that they are not closer to where I live. read more

From Northern California but working in Russellville, was very happy to find this spot for coffee. Went in for a cold brew and the super friendly barista served it up quickly and gave me a sample of their nitro brew as well. Lots of room to sit and work, but I wish there had been a snack option besides muffins and sweets- oatmeal cups or bananas would have kept me around longer but I was so hungry I had to go elsewhere to satiate myself. Haven't tried anything but the cold brew so far, but that alone gets my stamp of approval. read more

Visiting family in Russellville and am from Northern California Bay Area, the land of Blue Bottle and Temple coffee and many other premium independent cafes. I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact Starbucks would be our only coffee option at best. Decided to make a Christmas wish, hope for the best, and check the internet first before succumbing to the green mermaid of mediocrity. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised to find Midtown Coffee. This place is a true gem. Visited three times the five days we were there, always ordered my usual... breve Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso with two stevia. First of all, I was amazed they even had stevia. Second, the coffee was perfectly strong and smooth without being bitter. Finally, they were consistent, my cappuccino tasted equally good every time I went in, this may not seem like a big deal but it is. We got our coffees to go, but it looks like a nice little place to hang out in if you have the time. Also, loved the artwork on the walls and the Barista (possibly owner?) was super nice. read more

Amazing local coffee place! We love the scarecrow and snickers especially! Coffee used rivals Starbucks for quality and is cheaper. What a great find! Varied menu and great prices. Nitro brew is not offered many places and even getting a pour over is not a given. At MidTown, however, you can get pour overs, Areopress, French Press, cold brew or Nitro. For the non coffee drinkers you have choices like my wife did such as a London Fog. Baristas are friendly, efficient and willing to talk intelligently about all aspects of coffee. He even suggested a couple of places for me closer to home. My pour over blend of Brazilian-Ethiopian was Perfect. Great decor. Didn't Try the baked goods but they looked yummy. Try it. You'll be glad you did! read more
