If you go here you'll get a quality build and have the peace of mind in knowing that it was done the right way, but you do pay for it. I would suggest trying to negotiate the price down by 20%, because I have a feeling the markup for used bikes in his shop is pretty dang high. Like someone else said, the store hours are kind of a pain in the butt. I had to leave work early and rush over there to get there before 5pm.

The bikes had smooth pedal assist that made our 36-mile ride feel effortless, especially with Tulsa's mix of river trails and city streets. We even brought our own seats for extra comfort and the staff had no problem mounting them for us. They also provided locks, front and rear lights for night riding, and chargers so we could juice up the batteries overnight. When we arrived to pick up the bikes, we actually bumped into Tom (yes, the Tom!) heading out at the same time. He ended up riding with us along part of the RiverParks Trail and gave us some amazing local tips--including a few great restaurant recommendations and cool stops to check out along the way. I had already researched online and had an idea of what I wanted but had no idea what it would actually feel like to ride the bikes, so I really wanted to try a couple of them out. I went on a Sunday and the employee was super helpful. He asked what I wanted--high priority on being comfortable, not really interested in speed. He said he knew the perfect bike for me: the Townie. He was absolutely right. I took it outside and rode it around the parking lot. It was love at first ride. The seat and handlebars are extremely comfortable. My back feels supported the entire time, even going through bumps (shock absorbers!). It's also beautiful and comes in bright colors. They installed a bottle holder for me and made sure the tires were good to go. It wasn't until I left that I realized they closed earlier than usual on Sundays. After walking in we were walking around and we were greeted by someone who was extremely rude and almost felt like were being a bother to him just by being there. He was so combative any questions I asked was met with I don't know and such rudeness I have never experienced in my life in front my kids which created such a bad atmosphere. I even asked him what would be the total he just said the price plus tax no initiative of asking me anything else. That's when I said that's ok I am going to leave not spending any money here where we are just met with such negative attitude. My kids were very sad because we didn't buy them bicycle which is understandable but I can't promote local Buisness where we are not welcome because we look different. Felt really racial.
