It did take them almost twice as long to complete, but we were happy with the work. That was until that fall after the rains started and a month into it we noticed a huge bubble in our hallway ceiling. Sure enough, we had a leak. We ended up having to cut away the drywall and had a big hole in our ceiling so we could place a bucket there. Once the hole was cut and we looked up you could actually see daylight coming from around the AC unit on the roof about an inch wide. We called and Tom came out himself the next day to repair it. We ended up having to call 2 more times within the next few weeks because it was still leaking and we were assured that the problem was resolved on the last visit. Here we are 2 years later and last night we discovered the same leak in the same exact area and have yet again had to cut a hole in our ceiling because of the leak. The 2nd project went some what okay. The particular crew assigned to the project was a bit sloppy and lack knowledge . Both projects encountered additional repairs. After spending over $120,000 for roofing and getting abandoned from Lightening, I am not happy with the outcome. Nobody should ever have to experience, the situation I encountered and have to pay $$$ out of pocket for work which was guaranteed .
