I dealt with Jeff from thier sales team on designing a custom wedding ring and band for my future wife. I reccomend you deal with him for any of your needs. Never tried to sell me on anything or any of his ideas. Never tried to even upsell me. He made me feel as if he was truly thier for me. He even helped offer me some money saving ideas which was nice. Always acted as if he was on my side. I liked that about him! That he would do what he could to get me the best deal. Straight to the point! You know this was in my mind was suppose to be a stressful time filled with hard decisions. Why you ask? Well you want everything to be perfect. Thier is so much information to know about diamonds, unless you just pick a ring and go. Not the case for me however. For some of us it is a once in a lifetime decision! An expensive decision in the end. I had fun throughout the whole process thanks to the Diamond Center and thier staff. I would not reccomend another jewelry company for any of your needs or purchases regardless of what it is. Here you get what you pay for! All thier products come with a warranty. They stand behind thier diamonds for life. Thier diamonds always keep the entire purchase value for the life of the stone so at any time in the future you can upgrade or even change styles if you'd like too. No warranty to purchase.
