My friend and I were driving alongside the highway when our tire blew. There really aren't a lot of…read moreoptions in the Waco area, so I used Yelp to find the closest option. Regardless of how fast these people can change a tire, it'll may still take a bit for them to drive out to you. We were 20 minutes out of Waco and it took about 35-40 minutes for our person to show up. I'm not sure how many people actually work here since the person who took my call was also the person to come change our tire. I ended up having to ping him my location since I was having difficulty figuring out where exactly on the highway we were. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation, and was very friendly the entire time. When we were billed, he said he was an independent contractor so he negotiated the price with us. The total ended up being $75, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how quickly he worked and how much less expensive this was than calling a tow truck.

Seemed like a good old boy shop. But operates like a ponsie scheme. Say they can do something and…read morepromise to do it. Then when they failed, couldn't set the timing on the vehicle, they just start supposedly changing parts and doing work that has not been discussed. You are supposed to reach out, communicate, and get approval or denied. They had approval to do specific work that totaled $2500, but did silly things without permission as changed out the spark plugs. Really?! And some sensors! They were supposed to do the water pump and timing chain. Then, when they didn't know how to set the timing and ran the bill up to $3300, they want me to let them change the motor out for an additional $8000. When I said no, they tried to convince me how good that they were and that they had done over $4000 in work. I think they wanted me to bow to them and thank them and their greatness. Don't go. Hook and hold em scheme. It started as a water pump service. End as a broke disaster.
