My only complaint and feedback for the school is that they are trying to go cashless on ticket sales and also their concession sales. Their ticket sells app, though simple, requires too many steps. I actually ended up buying tickets for a family that was very confused on how to navigate back-and-forth on the steps for the app. And that was one of their own families, not one of us visiting families. Well, the cashless set up at the concession stand was far more simple. Once again the reader was having problems, making the process far more complicated than it needed to be. Another thing that I don't think is too cool, is most students have cash and don't carry a credit card. So there are you in the app with kids to order things and then find out that they don't have a means to pay for it. While I understand that, as a private institution, the school has the right to make its own enrollment decisions, the process felt inconsistent and, at times, lacking in integrity. More importantly, I believe the way it is handled can have a significant emotional impact on children and families. Because of this, I am unable to rate the school highly overall.
