He was able to identify the issue and was able to fix the problem. In all my years of going to a dentist, I would dread the pain from the numbing injection. Dr. Carter has a wonderful method when he gives a shot. I barely feel anything! Problem is they simply have gotten too big and patients have to wait six months plus to schedule a simple cleaning appointment. I feel like a number and no longer a valued long term patient. They obviously have too many patients and won't hire more staff so my business will go elsewhere.
