Needless to say, it was just frustrating that even after they finally called me they didn't care that they didn't return our calls or my doctors calls, especially when the issue concerned a baby and needed to be handled quickly. The surgeon had a catheter put in for the surgery. West Texas Urology forced me to leave it in for three weeks after the surgery. No reason given except that it is standard procedure. They did not even see me. The only way I got them to call back was after I called the patient advocate where the surgery was performed. Other than that they have NOT RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL in three months. If you have any other option for urology treatment, take it. I will not be going back to this urology clinic. I cannot say enough negative about these doctors and their practices.
