Sure hoping that management will fairly resolve an issue that should be handled more appropriately…read more- especially in spite of their non-responsiveness in attempts to extricate from their facility, which allowed them to push holding contents over the month boundary, then demanded yet another month storage, when they'd be able to re-rent easily. Haven't had the call back as promised to be able to pay for the one missed month - in all this time, then be able to vacate contents immediately. Makes more sense than to hold items for ransom to auction them off!

I called their sister location in Athens who was full and they directed me to Watkinsville storage. I spoke to 4 people within 2 days from both locations. Each person could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a refreshing experience. And when we rolled in 15 minutes before close 2 days later everthing was ready to go and in less than 10 minutes we were unloading into our unit. The unit was big, clean, dry and easy to access.
