We later determined that half of the homes living square footage, including an in law suite, kitchen, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, theatre room were all illegal and constructed w/o permits. Schemmel marketing brochures, MLS, and other marketing materials featured and emphasized the illegal suite and other non permitted illegal aspects of the home. They featured aspects of the home that was in total violation of Sarasota County codes In my experience and opinion, Joel Schemmel and Sothebys International cannot be trusted to accurately market and describe the multi million dollar homes they're offering for sale. The marketing materials and MLS listing provided by Schemmel and Sothebys International were not only misleading, but outright false representation of the home he listed for sale and sold to us.

Bank needs to follow procedure and some promotions create confusion and I've been going to many…read morebanks in different countries so it's understandable esp their rules and/ promotion change and not all staff knows. Nancy, who helped me was nice and helpful (at least for me- I read many negative reviews but really, it's just typical bank). I do want to say about parking, RECOMMENDING to read this. It's challenging to find parking if you don't know where to go. I went around the block when finally find "Wells Fargo" sign and see "drive thru" asked her where to park. So if you come with vehicle, go to "Links Ave" & "first street". It's inside Sarasota City Center. Go in to the parking garage. Park in the 1st floor, "Wells Fargo customer only" and bring your ticket when you come in to the bank. They will give you sticker, (they pay for it). I went there three times this week so yes I don't want to pay $10 parking fee on top of my gas money beside there is not a lot of street parking and you don't know how long you will have to be there.
