    I would like to alert the public about a terrible business practice being done by dessert financial…read morethat has left myself and 2 other families literally homeless. They act like you are doing a loan with them but are outsourcing all FHA loans through a company called NewRez to actually do all processing and underwriting. We have been working with Cory Talbert at Desert financial Who advised all parties loans had gone through. We all moved out out of our homes only to find out the loan was not processed at all. This left us with U-Haul's packed up and no Home to live in. instead of rectifying the solution he asked for another three week extension. Upon the clothes of the three week extension, May 22, we were alerted that they underwriting still had not completed processing the loan efforts and we were stuck again, not knowing anything other than it's not his fault and they outsourced to NewRez. This Company also fails to respond or take responsibility accountability. We are all still homeless with no concrete closed date provided. I'm gonna recommend anyone that I know to stay away from these two companies as they are not reliable and will end up costing me money in the long run.

    Their online banking format is horrible. When I needed account information, I had my statement on…read morehand, passcode and the works but the system would not recognize me. The response system was simply given one or two statements to repeat and I would not process my request. I am not asking for a loan or anything other than information on my account. I highly recommend that you do NOT open an account here.

One Main stance is that I have no legal right to defend myself against the unethical practices of One main financial. They decided that I do not matter nor do any of your customers and you can do whatever they want. Blatantly lie in your advertising on credit karma with no concern whatsoever of the people that you harm with your unethical actions. One Main is an unethical company that practices fraudulent advertising. You are a bait and switch company that preys on their unsuspecting customers. You did a hard inquiry on my credit report, this is a financial hardship, this is a personal hardship, this affects my credit and this affects my credit score. but you already know that and you could care less. Your false advertising on credit karma led me to believe that you were an ethical upstanding company and I proceeded with a loan and terms that was advertised only to find out that I was never going to get the financial product I was applying. The purpose of your fraudulent advertising on credit karma is purely bait and switch. So I call One Main in Tucson Arizona, while you did a hard hit on my credit and then offered me a financial product that I do not want and did not apply for. How many times do I have to keep asking and demanding that you remove the hard inquiry on my credit report that you initiated? It is literally the only ethical thing you can do but then again you're One Main financial and you have no ethics at all.

    Worst credit union for auto loans. I have purchased several autos from this credit union. Now that…read morethey are Desert Financial they seem to be full of excuses why they cant give a loan. I applied a few days ago only to find out I was denied. Reason, Hand to God! They said I don't hang on to my loans long enough.... What????? I have 762 credit which is excellent. NO LATE fee's, Make excellent money etc........ I paid off every loan I have ever had with these people... Every One!! On Time all the time!!! Don't risk a hit on your credit with this circus. Bought a truck from Earnhardt Last year they wanted to charge me 6.9% with a 770 credit score. They put me at like a 3rd tier rate and should have been a first tier. Thanks to Earnhart fighting for me and knowing I was approved by Alaska C Union for much better rate they would have taking advantage of me again. I think there reason was my hair was to short and I should pay more. Miss Desert Schools, I never had an issue. Stay away!!

But unfortunately we did not see it the same after I have given multiple attempts for them to correct to issues we had they have chosen to hold there ground over a 250$ transaction, I very small amount that they will easily make back from me within the year, and by correcting the issue they would of kept me as a customer for far longer then 8 months! But we will be closing our account with them this Saturday and moving banks once again! This will be our third bank in 10 years! Customer support does not communicate well enough, we lost out on 250$ do to a fraud charge that there only means of communication was in there message center in the app, you know the message center then everyone gets there correspondence from there bank in! I expected a phone call text message, email about this pending fraud case but they felt it was sufficient enough to send 1 message in our app and they had done there part! I could see if the fraud department told us hey we only communicate through the app, but that wasn't the case we were told to look for an email or a phone call if they needed anything else from us. We didn't see the message and you only have a certain amount of time to respond before the case is closed and they can't do anything! Not a phone call or anything was made to ask us if we received it! We didn't even receive an email after they closed the case because we didn't respond! I would not bank here if I was you! Find a bank that cares about you and wants you to succeed! I know there are banks out there that do, so go find one!
