I was amazed at how fast I was able to make an appointment and actually be seen by a doctor. I initially went in for STI testing, then mentioned that I would also like a Pap smear since it had been awhile, but assumed I would need to book another appointment for that. The nurse immediately said, "No, we're able to do a Pap smear for you today if you want one." I was honestly shocked because I fully expected to be rescheduled. I completed my full-panel STI testing and Pap smear in under an hour. The office was also very clean, beautiful, professional, and women-operated, which made me feel even more comfortable and cared for. My experience was well above my expectations and I will definitely only be coming here from now on.

The exam rooms are large, clean and hygienic. My only negative with this visit was that my appointment was at 11:15. I arrived 15 minutes early and I didn't get called back into the exam room for about 40 min. Then another 15 min wait in the exam room. I do understand patient care since I myself am always running behind with my patient care load. But just thought I would mention it for those that may have to be some place at a particular time following an appointment. Just count on your appointment possibly taking a total of an hour.

Due to a bad experience with a…read moreprevious provider for an HSG, I was very nervous about the potential pain I might feel and asked the medical assistant if a local anesthetic could be applied. Unfortunately that was not a realistic option for this procedure but the NP Brianne Beggs came in to thoroughly explain the process, what she'd be doing, and also why a local anesthetic wasn't an option. She was very patient and genuinely cared about my concern. The procedure was painless as no biopsy was needed after all, but she made me feel at ease knowing if there was any pain I could stop at any point. It was so refreshing to feel heard and really appreciated the extra time she spent with me to help calm my nerves.
