WRONG on both counts: cleaning my house was deemed entirely house but the company insisted the basement was separate from doing the WHOLE HOUSE. They kind of cleaned the kitchen, not the appliances or cabinets. They used Catchmaster Roach traps, a total of four cardboard traps. They left after three or four hours, promising to call me with a Return to finish and more "cold" Roach treatments. They called two days later to inform me the Whole House Cleaning was done, which it wasn't. I took pictures of their work & compared it to mine. Medicaid waiver was curious about how sloppy the whole thing was handled. I'm going to do it myself with the help of family and friends. This company is the reason Medicaid is in trouble because disabled seniors get robbed by a VERY poorly monitored system that goes cheap over effective cost of services. I'm 71 years old, I have COPD, CHF, & Multiple Sclerosis along with Complex PTSD. The company did a good job on my garage, but failed miserably on everything else. If you need bug treatments and/or Chore Services, and if you have family and friends, use them first, or just get the equipment & do it yourself. This company has by far, really REALLY bad reviews and should be taken off the Medicaid waiver program. To me, the "company" is run MORE like a hobby, not a business.

People need to stop being embarrassed about having them! It does not mean you are a nasty person! These bugs can be in any hotel or home anywhere! If you see one call for help immediately! Don't wait get it treated. Do not let anyone in your home once you know you have them. Don't go into anyone else home. Don't spread them. If you have to get rid of your item/ furniture, contact 311 ( or whatever your waste collection is) tell them you have items that are contaminated with bedbugs. They will pick up and properly dispose of the things. Bedbugs Burners were efficient and polite and professional. I highly recommend their company.

The guy who mows my lawn discovered a wasp nest in the ground in my back yard. That was on a Friday…read moreevening. Saturday I set out to find someone to come and handle it. Many of them were closed on weekends, and this happened to be Labor Day weekend so I'd have to live with that nest for 3 whole days. With a curious dog, that wasn't going to work. I gave these folks a call and Tim said he'd be here in an hour. I texted him the address and in 50 minutes he arrived. He suited up, treated the hive, and we stood at a distance watching those angry wasps coming and going as I paid him and we just chatted some, asking questions. Tim was knowledgable, extremely professional, and overall just a really good guy. He gave me some literature about a flat fee treatment they do in spring, and I will likely do that next year, as this is an annual thing for me. Most years I have 2 rounds of this, one hive in front and at least one more in the back. Last year I had 3 rounds of treatment as the wasps apparently liked it here so much that when they were evicted from the front yard they called some friends and they squatted in two places in my backyard. I can't have that with a dog that loves being out there. I will use this company for my extermination from this point forward.

After spraying he pulled up a sheet of plywood that had been left under the slab from when it was poured and there was a nest under there the size of a dinner plate.
