From sudden upset stomachs to regular checkups, even to getting our youngest one spayed, they always handle situations professionally and make sure your pets are healthy. We have also boarded our dogs there for the weekend when we needed to go on a trip, and they always get nail trims and the option of baths or other services. We always return to our dogs very happy, as they are well taken care of and are walked regularly and fed on time. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a vet clinic nearby!

We elected to do a c section after discussing pros and cons and I'm extremely grateful I did, she had 16! Dr. Loonsk did the cesarean and brought 16 beautiful, healthy puppies into this world! It was her largest litter! From the front desk staff, to the techs & vets, I have had a great experience here! Friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point! Please know this office is ALWAYS busy- because they are very good at what they do! I drove nearly 2 hours to use them when there are therio vets closer because of their reputation.

I specifically said I wanted both ovaries spared to the two vets I spoke to and to the vet tech multiple times, including before I handed her to the tech immediately before the surgery. They all completely ignored my instructions and Dr. Robert Scott Dove ignored my wishes, even though that vet tech who assured me both ovaries would be spared. When I went to pick her up after her surgery, that same vet tech said, they took one ovary, and she was left with only one ovary, even after my instructions. This is my pet. I tell the vet what he can and cannot do to her. She now shakes uncontrollably and vomits when she goes into heat. Scott Dove also lied to me when I was upset about him going against my wishes. He stated that he took the other ovary because most people complain that they don't like the bleeding after the surgery and the ovaries are small and hard to find so he only leaves one. That's a complete lie. There is no bleeding after taking the uterus. Bleeding is caused because of the shedding of the uterus, which they no longer have. He has caused my precious dog unbelievable pain and suffering. He needs to have his license to practice taken. My precious angel, who never left my side, now stays in the crate I had gotten when she was a puppy to potty train her, instead of being next to me, which she has done always.

We had made an appointment to look at a particular dog, but decided against adopting him.. Instead, we adopted a wee girl, Sandra, who was just over three months old.....We were allowed to "introduce" our German Shepherd (both a "mix" and a "rescue") to "Sandra" and the lady who was assisting us was patient and helpful to us, as the two dogs were introduced. Some folks don't seem to know that dogs may react positively or negatively when first introduced......it takes a bit of time to do it properly. We are pleased to say that In only a week, "Sandra", who is now "Jo-Jo" has adapted very well to our home and has become great friends and playmates with "Hailie", the German Shepherd.
