I knew I wanted the sojouk pide, as I've seen it but never tried it. It was so unique in flavors I don't think I've experienced before and I absolutely loved it. I've tried grape leaves before and don't care for them, but my friend convinced me to try it - and it was the best I've ever tried! Everything was okay. Quite heavy. The Mandi was a novelty, but ultimately the ayasofya pizza was a let down. It tasted more like a casserole with the thick heavy base, and did not have the Mediterranean taste we came to love in our time living in the Middle East. This felt like a poor facsimile of American pizza with some Turkish toppings. These two items came to $38 quite a premium for two items. It does keep you full though... I won't be hungry again today.
