Access to this branch is from the side street and not the main road running through this area. What could have been a quick stop doesn't really turn into that because of the traffic signal at the intersection. Finally in the lot I pulled up to the ATM, insert card, few taps of a button and I was ready to insert check. The machine took a moment to process the transaction, but it went through. We would meet quarterly or more to discuss and evaluate my finances and then reassess my goals to see what to do next. I started working with this office with only $1000. I am very glad I started and do not regret it at all. However, for the last two years, my adviser has seemed to have grown and become very successful. Which is great, but I have lost substantial time to work with him besides a 3 minute phone conversation where he is attempting to appease me with BS. He told me that now new clients need a minimum of $500k to have him help with his finances. I'm not sure if he was kidding but I do know that he was so busy he took on a partner and moved my accounts to him. WITHOUT asking me how I felt about it. In addition. I do like his new partner but I am uncomfortable working with him because every thing he has assisted me with has been a nightmare. Anyways, I am moving to another adviser at a different institution. I booked in September of 2021 for a Rhine River Cruise in March of 2022 for my family of 7. Due to…read moreCOVID19 in early 2022, it was recommended by Jayne to postpone the trip until April of 2023. I did, and she told me that I would once again be booked on a Viking Cruise with both Pre- and Post-extensions. I got a complete run around from Jayne until 2 weeks before our Cruise was to leave. The itinerary was emailed, and it was not a Viking Cruise; also, there were no pre- or post-extensions. Jayne didn't even have the decency to let us know any of these changes verbally. We had to read that we were leaving a day early! The cruise line was not comparable to Viking Cruises; we received none of the cultural events on board, and we did not have the time to explore the ports every afternoon as promised; our cruise line sailed in the afternoons. It was a true Bait and Switch, and it was hugely disappointing that we did not get the agenda that we had been promised. I would not recommend making any kind of trip plans with this travel agency. Jayne would tell me that she was available 24/7, but I found that she was radio silent when I had questions and true concerns.
