I am really thankful I gave them a visit! I recently had a bad experience with maintenance work…read moredone at a dealership so I decided I wanted to work with a service center that was focused on integrity and quality rather than quick turn around. In my experience, Delker's nailed that. I had an alignment plus trans and brake fluid flush. There was a miscommunication on some diagnostic work that they cleared up immediately and made things right. It's also worth noting, I had an inspection at a dealership because my car just hit a high number of miles and I wanted to make sure I was taking care of it...the dealership rated my tires as in good condition. Delker's caught that they were absolutely not in good shape, and even declined doing a service I initially requested because it would have been an extra charge I didn't need before replacing the tires. To me, that means everything. I am not super savvy about cars or maintenance, but I know upkeep holds a lot of value to keep my car in good shape. I'm extremely excited to bring my car back to Delker's for new tires, along with all of my regular maintenance going forward. I really trust them after this experience and I can't thank them enough for their hard work!

I was confident they would find it. They came back saying I needed a $5,000 new engine . I was shocked and left disappointed. I did some research online and found out if I checked the timing chain guide it loosens on its own easily causing a knocking noise. It allows the oil the mix with the gas thus causes the knocking and performance issues. Tightened it and it runs like a champ now. Delkers for 1.5 hours of labor charged me $172.50. With the change over in ownership they have gone downhill. I thought my friends and family just had that one time bad experience, but unfortunately they tried to screw me over too.

Sunday September 21, 2025. My Bf was driving the EcoSport and made about five miles down the road and the vehicle engine stopped forcing me to pull into someone's driveway. I had the vehicle towed to Bauman Ford in Genoa 22110 OH-51 Genoa Ohio 43430. Monday September 22, 2025. I received a call from Bauman ford genoa service department. I talked to Todd. He told me that one of his technicians looked at my vehicle and that he believed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I proceeded to go up and take the vehicle for a test drive it then stalled out and the vehicle was not mobile. I had the vehicle towed back for the second time to Bauman Ford Genoa. Tuesday September 23, 2025. After conferring with Mr. Disney Vacation Service manager, we got Ms. dailey a rental vehicle and Todd the service representative told me that it would be a purge valve. I was told that if I could retrieve a purge valve from one of the auto parts stores that he would put on the valve for $300.00. I then went to Oreilly's and retrieved a purge valve canister. I then returned to the dealership and he said it was the wrong part. I then proceeded Advanced Auto parts store and ordered the purge valve that was needed for the repair. Wednesday September 24, 2025. I proceeded to go to advanced auto parts and retrieve the purge valve for the 2019 ford EcoSport. I proceeded to the dealerships and Mr. Dailey told me that I again did not have the right part. I was then told that I would get the part at fords costs and it would be place on my car. Friday September 26, 2025. I received a call from Disney Vacation guy and he proceeded to tell me that the purge valve was placed on my vehicle and the vehicle would not start. Todd told me that the problem would have been associated with the active recall and I might need a long-term rental and I would be charged nothing. He then called me and said it was a crimped wire behind the battery. I am confused, so after all of this was it just a crimped wire? Was the purge valve actually bad? We still have an active recall but he did not seem to address the issue? I don't feel that I should be responsible for the bill which was around $557.44? If the wiring was bad why put in a purge valve? Mr. Todd Gordon also had times said he was not sure what the issue was? I am wondering was he guessing? I mean is my vehicle even safe to drive? There are several others in Toledo that I had good experiences with. But do not visit the one in Sylvania on McCord. The general manager seems lost and snobby. She obviously bit off more than she could chew. She looks down on others from her soapbox. I have never met such a fake person in my life. She was absolutely horrible to work for. She has no idea what she's doing. She's going to run that store into the ground. She should stick to stop and Go. She took the fun out of everything. There was so much laughter and fun and camaraderie in the beginning and she managed to squash any of that. It went from being a place that everybody like to work at to a place that people were forcing themselves to come to work. I watched attitudes slowly decline. There wasn't any laughter. No wonder why she lost her trophy. Why would anybody want to work hard for somebody that doesn't appreciate the hard work that her team members do. She pushed all the crap jobs on the few hard workers and let the slackers just slide. And if anything was said she would straight dog you. She has no management skills whatsoever. She just seems absolutely clueless. As a team member I know how her employees really felt about her. She really should just quit. She has managed to turn the whole store against her. Nobody even likes working there anymore. Not for her a good manager has empathy and sympathy and understanding. Is honest and leads by example. She seemed to be intimidated by me is all I can think of. Because I personally didn't do anything to her women are intimidated by other strong women but only if you're insecure and she managed to put me down to where I felt bad about myself because of whatever her personal feelings are for me.Jobs come and go. I'll get another one. This isn't the case of me being salty this is a warning for any strong-minded female that makes the general manager feel inferior. I often ran circles around her. I was constantly moving and cleaning and hustling. I have a strong work ethic. But because I have a broken home life and mental health issues she managed to use those against me and then fired me the day after my son got out of the hospital. SMH
