The estimated wait time that my son was given went past the time by almost two hours. When he got home, I noticed that one of his hubcaps was missing. I sent him back to Discount Tire to see if they had it or maybe it was not put back on tight enough and came off as he was driving home. They did not have the hubcap when he went back, but they told him to go to the nearest Auto Zone, get a new set of hubcaps and they reimbursed him and put the hubcaps on. The car looks nice.

The negative reviews are most likely coming from people that walked in an expected everyone to drop what they were doing to care care of them.
