Took my car to Midas with a coupon 1/17/23, I received through email for the $29.99 Synthetic Blend Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Of course, when I presented the coupon, I was told it wasn't for my car type. It would be nice if you would send coupons to you that you can use for YOUR car. My oil change and tire rotation was $95.93. I asked the manager if they would specifically check the air pressure in my tires. He said they would. The manager went over my invoice with me and I again asked if they had checked the air pressure in my tires. He replied that they had. He gave me a courtesy check signed by the technician that serviced my car...Colton Delcro..and he put on the form that all of my tires had 33 psi. On the way home, I hit the button to check the actual pressure in my tires. I don't appreciate being told twice that the air pressure was checked, and now having to take the time to GO BACK and get that done. It's hard to find GOOD help. Not a happy customer! I went to get Oil Change. Appt at 12. At 1215 my car was still sitting outside,despite there being not one car in any bay. Tried to locate one of the 4 employees I saw upon arrival. Not one to be found for 5 mins. When i finally got an employee to notice me,and asked when they would be pulling my car in,I was not even responded too. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I needed brake repairs done badly and didn't want to wait days for an appointment or spend hours at the garage. I made an appointment online for the same day and when I arrived they started inspecting my car immediately. Within a few minutes they showed me the problem. They needed to get the rotors that I needed and they were delivered within 15 minutes so repairs could be done. This place will try to scam you, go elsewhere. I took my truck there to get brakes replaced with an appointment I made for 2pm. Did not here a word from them till after 5pm when they told me they couldn't do the job because I needed new calipers. They said they tried multiple times but couldn't colapse the calipers to fit new brakes. I made time to do the job myself the next day and had no issue with either caliper nor so I think they even had the tire off at all. They also tried to send me home with my hood not all the way latched saying that they tried and couldn't get it to latch because my truck was old and it was my problem. I had to go in there garage and get it shut my self. I would not let this place work on my kids toy car, much less an actual vehicle that you depend on. read more

The people at this location are unethical and on two occasions, they have called me during repair services to say I needed additional parts, or that they broke something. of course with this last service, I went to have a wheel barring replaced. They never accurately assessed my car, only a previous test drive where they decided it was the wheel barring. during the service, someone called to report something broken and of course it involved a cost. when I went to pick it up the noise on the vehicle was ridiculous. i told these people it had something to do with the repair they made. They decided the left bearing needed replacement. after repairing that they still couldn't get rid of the noise. i made phone calls to their organization, and someone responded. They sent my vehicle to a different midas shop that eventually made the correct repairs. upon finally receiving my vehicle, the other shop did not fasten the covers on my under carriage so those were hanging. in addition, now my vehicle is bouncing when i slow down due to whatever damage they have done to the braking system. They reported the dust cover was put on wrong and the caliper was damaged in the initial repair on University. I was told they replaced the parts of the breaking system that they damaged, but the breaks don't engage the same. I will NEVER GO TO A MIDAS SHOP AGAIN. This has been the worst experience, In addition to low functioning technicians, they do not listen to a car owner who knows their vehicle. Now i have to take this vehicle to a mechanic to get the brakes check due to their negligence. Did i mention i just had the brakes, rotors, and calipers replaced in November. NO MORE MIDAS FOR ME. read more
