The Manager Mike Gehrs was absolutely no help (hoping the district manager will be of more help). But, after receiving good service at this location, from mechanic Jessy Persinger we purchased a motor, from Midas to be installed. We had another quote but Jessy promised he would be faster. Fast forward 5 months and our car was abandoned on the highway, not only not finished, but in worse damage than it started in. I went in for a rotor and pad replacement on 07/13/24 because it is close to my house. They gave me an estimate for around 400 dollars but forgot that my model of car requires wheel bearing replacement when doing rotors so tacked on another 100 dollars without getting the go ahead from me first. Fine. Whatever. But then because they must not have put my wheel cover on correctly so I lose that on my drive to pick up my kid and can't find it. Then I then have to bring the car back that same day because one of my calipers is now locking up after they messed with them and it's grabbing my wheel and white smoke is pouring out of my wheel well. They're close to closing so it has to wait until Monday to get fixed, Monday morning rolls around and I get an estimate for nearly 500 dollars to do both front Calipers and brake hoses. Total bull, they did something in the process of changing my wheels that broke the damned caliper and then want 500 more dollars to fix it. Screw that. I will NEVER return to this place. read more

What a joke. From the beginning to the end...complete joke. Customer service was terrible. Had a coupon for free oil change and needed brakes and rotors. Was told it would take about an hour. 5 hours later they finished and charged me for the oil change. Spent more time eating, smoking and standing around than doing anything else. i was in there on 11/16/2023 I got a wheel alignment done the guys where nice and friendly the only problem I have is when I picked up the car and was driving on the high way I noticed that my steering wheel was still crooked when I drive straight my steering wheel is turn more to the left and not straight that does bother me but other than that they were awesome read more

Quite disappointed to say the least. Called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change. Representative who answered the phone was friendly, asked what model car I had ('20 Honda) and set the appointment for me. Upon arrival, again, friendly staff, pulled my car into the bay and began performing the general check. No more than five minutes later, I was told they would not be able to change the oil for me. Stated they do not have the filter for the car, claiming their computer system has not been updated since early 2019. That did not make any sense to me, a large business such as this operating without computer updates since early 2019? I simply called a local competitor down the street, was told they carry the filter necessary for my car as Honda has used the same filter for over a decade. Had my oil changed in approximately 10 minutes without issue. Disappointed Midas could not deliver this type of service. However, at least they were nice about it, hence, two stars. If you have a 2019 or newer car needing an oil change, be sure to call ahead and ask all the important questions prior to wasting your time showing up. However, I'm sure with a computer update, this problem could be fixed, and I am willing to try them again in the future. read more

Allen and Chris are complete Ass wholes! They are rude and didn't care me or my car! I have never in my life experienced such horrible service, Allen wanted to get my car towed because he was losing money with it sitting in the parking lot, I was making payments on my car to get it out and Allen called my bank for my car to have it repossessed and I'm current on car payments Allen didn't give a shit! If my car was taken he still wouldn't have been paid in full so it didn't even make sense to me! When I got my car out my driver door was broken and the check engine light was still on! I've been sitting here for almost an hour, waiting for them to simply change my oil and it doesn't look like I'll be out of here for another hour. This place is as bad as it gets. My wife made the mistake of taking her car here before talking with me. They told her that she needed new brakes and she agreed to get them. The price was $450 or so. She told me about this when I came home and so I went and test drove the car. The new brakes they put on were TERRIBLE. I mean I was pushing as hard as I could on the brake petal just to keep the car from pulling away. So I took the car back to them and told them that their brakes were terrible and they said they'd make an adjustment to see if they could get it so the car would actually stop when the brakes are applied. The adjustment didn't help. But what was even more insulting is that the "service manager" took me on a road test out in my wifes car and as he was braking my car (pressing with all his might) he looked over at me with a straight face and said that "the brakes feel fine to me". Ok, so now we have paid $450 for brakes that are actually worse than the old ones, and so I knew that the only way to make the car safe (make it stop in less than one city block at 35mph) was to get good brake pads on the car. So I told the manager that I wanted to have Brembro pads put on, I'd pay for the pads, but I expected them to put them on at no charge. The guy actually argued with me about this before eventually agreeing to do so, but added that the warranty on the labor and materials would be voided because they don't warrant Brembros. So I go to pick up the car after the Brembro brake pads were installed and as the manager was handing me the keys said "i test drove it with the Brembros and I can't tell the difference". So I get in the car and I brake to pull out of the parking lot and I almost go through the windshield because the brakes are so insanely good and I almost parked the car to go punch the service manager in the face. People, Midas is a rip off, period. read more

I bought a old 1997 Nissan Pathfinder after a diagnostic check with this Midas store. I agreed for a comprehensive repair and replacement of tires for $2500. They took 2 days and said "Man, you have now a brand new car" but if you do these 2-3 things. I thought to try first. The next day early morning I noticed a leak from my engine and rushed back to Midas. They said it would cost $1300 with earlier suggested repairs and new water pump repair and we finally agreed upon $800. Again they kept for 2 days. They returned just the care on a Saturday evening with "Check Engine" light ON even after changing the sensors. The incharge tells me SORRY and asks me to bring it back on Tuesday and indicated that it would cost more. It was a complete rip off. The only new parts I see are the tires and there was no change in the running of the car.
