The team were very easy to work with honest and excellent at execution. They in fact advised me to demolish the existing Foundation and build a new one. I was especially surprised at this because most of the contractors try to cut costs and get the job done. They took a few days to demolish the construction and another few days to install the new Foundation. Then a couple of weeks to install the sunroom. I haven't had any leaks or issues since then, despite several months of rain. I would highly recommend them

From my perspective it was a pretty complicated job. From the start Enrique was honest, communicative, and did a great job explaining what was possible. When it came time to do the work, his team did it in the time promised and their work was excellent quality with great attention to detail (and the price was reasonable). I appreciated how Enrique kept me informed each step of the way and laid out the different options. The end product was outstanding and we are so happy that Enrique and his team were able to leave us with a beautiful deck and shade structure. It was clear from the start that he took pride in his work and wanted to do a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

There were a few possible challenges but he assured us that his crew could do whatever we wanted. After getting three more quotes from other companies we decided on Sunset Patios. They demo'd the existing structure on a Wednesday morning and part of the afternoon. The last couple hours was spent offloading the materials for the new aluminum structure. They worked all Thursday on the new patio cover. Dave was in our attic and ran electrical for the three ceiling fans with lights, two electrical outlets and an on/off light switch. They cleaned up the site before leaving. The improvement is amazing and I definitely recommend Sunset Patios.
