Andrew and his team was awesome we have never had such a great experience with a contractor. I…read morecalled Andrew he came over to give us an estimate right away and within a week started the work and finished it within a week. We had them paint walls and ceilings, add crown molding, cover AC duct work in two bed rooms and add wainscoting to one of the bedrooms. The painter that Andrew brought in did an amazing job as well. They all went above and beyond to help us. We also had a banister the was remove from our stairwell many years ago and we ask for them to install it and let us know what it would cost but just hung it free of charge. Andrew is also very good at knowing what would look good and made some awesome suggestions for example we only thought we would just have them drywall around the AC duct but he suggested the bead-board and as you can see by the picture it looks awesome. He also suggested an option to cover our ugly baseboard heater by building a wood surround that we could even use as a small shelf for charge phones or tablets, etc. that we loved the idea but where the heater is located would be blocked by furniture and would not be practical for that room. We will put Andrew on our speed dial to call in the future for other projects. Andrew took notes about what we wanted and did exactly what we wanted without having to repeat anything he paid attention to everything we said he was our only estimate based on our first meeting with him he made such a great impression right from the get-go. This is the rubble from old foundation mixed with pieces of the new bricks they used. The manager, Oliver, told me it costed $700 to just get rid of the rubble; I guess I should claim that $700 since they dumped it in my backyard! But, now Oliver doesn't answer my phone calls since I discovered the rubble in my backyard. I am also not satisfied with the work they did. I asked them to do a circle-shaped landing and steps; and they left part of the old concrete foundation in the square-shape exposed. It looks ugly, unfinished and requires me to do more work. Too costly for a simple job! They will give you a lower estimate than others, but then cut corners. Avoid this company!
