So my dream was big and this was a fairly large job and i am extremely detail oriented and can be hard to please. We bought our Lake Placid home 20 years ago and always dreamed of opening up the kitchen so the lake view was the first thing you noticed upon entering the house. This involved removing a pantry wall that blocked the view as well as lifting the kitchen ceiling by moving the AC vents to the attic. I wanted the kitchen to look high end but also maintain a comfortable lake house vibe. My dreams were fully realized and i can honestly say the results even exceeded my (high) expectations. John at the store was patient, did everything possible to take my many different ideas, pictures and hopes and help us create our dream home. Gary's Flooring employs men of the highest quality. I truly felt John was as eager to help create my dream home as fully as i was. The entire crew was professional and kept to their word. They came when they said they would be there. They kept us fully informed of setbacks or delays. I am quite sure i drove them all a bit mad with my last minute ideas and changes, but they always came through with the highest results. Thank you to John, Jason and honestly everyone on the crew for making my dream come true. This is a company i will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful work and honest people. Thank you Gary's!!

I really felt some relief and after the appointment was made well in advance on Saturday for Monday before 3pm I made arrangements for a ride to work for the next three days no problem right !? WRONG ! MONDAY they never ever called or reached out they were called, texted and NOTHING!! I just worked 40 hrs weekend my family member was trying to get shit done while herself working no results I reached out called from a different number and there now Angel answered told me all about his tech had not called him back in the last 3 hours and he would call me tomorrow am let me know what time to expect and well it after 12pm I have called left a very detailed voicemail at 11am and still nave not received a call back... I genuinely never leave any negative reviews ever... but this is not just a bad day in business this is leaving someone stranded after purchasing a fob with no vehicle after making an appointment and trusting the owner to be rescheduled for the next morning and after giving the benefit of the doubt of human circumstances with other techs fault... it's clearly a lack of communication, professionalism and courtesy to locals within the community your provide service to!! I would not recommend this company at this point... at the very least I would recommend the persons that own or run this company to be mindful and courteous of their customers that seek their expertise in their time of need and have decency to communicate with your customers rather than be evasive.

We have a condo and wanted it to sound proof one interior wall (8 x 34). Our neighbor is not loud…read moreloud but at times she is. I called Greg at Central Florida Insulation. He came out and brought a 2 x 4 sheet of Thermafiber SAFB. After measuring he gave me quote. I told him what we wanted and why. He told "this is the best and will do the job". I had to hire a drywaller to remove my old drywall so the new Thermafiber could be installed. Drywaller came did the tear out. (good job). Central Florida came put a 3" sheet and a 1 1/2" over top the 3" sheet (total of 4 1/2") in our wall. Again, Greg said "this should sound proof the wall". Drywaller came back and finished the drywall (good job). Late that after noon the neighbor got a little loud, stero and singing but nothing more than usual. The problem,,,,,The Thermafiber DID NOTHING to reduce the sound. It is worthless. Greg said he has more than 15 years in insulation and Thermafiber SAFB is the best. If Greg would have told me the sound reduction product may or may not work I could have decided base on may or may not and would have to bitch's. But again, "this is the best and will do the job". This was very costly for NO RESULTS. This product is WORTHLESS and Greg isn't as knowledgeable as he seems to think he is or is he? Mitch Rohlman Sebring,Fl.
