I'm in my 50s and over my life I have seen many doctors. Dr. Bennett is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Bennett. Dr. Bennett's office is well organized, and I have had no problem getting the prescriptions I needed. In the almost 20 years of seeing Dr. Bennett I have never had a problem with him, his nurses, or his office. I really thing the problems the 1-star reviewer was having is a result of St. Thomas and not Dr. Bennett. St. Thomas Medial Partners suck: I will say if I was evaluating St. Thomas Medical Partners, I would give them a zero star. St. Thomas Medial Partners has really made it difficult for the doctors to give good care. St. Thomas Medial Partners has created a dangerous environment and showed that money is more important than patient health. They require patients to share check-in tablets that contain viruses and germs from sick people who previously handled the tablets. They think that because the check-in tablets have antimicrobial cases, they can't spread viruses. When a sick person handles the tablets the viruses they leave behind remain for a little while, so the next person then gets the virus. Antimicrobial cases do not instantly kill germs and viruses. It basically just means they can't continue to grow. The idiots running St. Thomas Medial Partners has put a mass shooter welcome sign on their front doors. I'm sure they are just idiots and don't know they are welcoming mass shooters. Dr. Bennett does a great job negotiating the roadblocks St. Thomas Medial Partners puts in his way. Sumner Medical Group was a truly great medial practice until St. Thomas got a hold of them.

I'm 60 and believe in respect and manners. This nurse over the phone told me she would call the drug store and cancel a prescription if I fool with her. I had lost my prescription. She decided I no longer needed them after over 20 years of taking them . Yes it is nerve medication. But I went in one last time to be yelled at by her . And I was done. Dr Bennett is a good kind man . But he definitely hurt himself having a rude incompetent nurse taking over his office.

They deleted my first negative post on 6/8/2023 off of Google, they are only interested in everyone…read moreseeing positive feedback, that's sad. I am truly so disappointed. I read reviews before picking out a new doctor like I'm sure most do and with Pinnacle having so many great ones I truly thought I was in great hands. Also mind you, they are out of network for me and I still didn't mind paying extra based on all the positive reviews. I developed eczema at the end of last year and went to this office around March, I was given three different creams to try with only one of them actually taking the eczema away and waiting for my follow up in May to address my concerns. Two of them were just samples and one was a prescription which was $90 ofp. The only one that worked was a tiny sample given. At the appointment in March I was told if the cream didn't work shots would be an option only to be told in May that the shots would likely not be covered and are not an option which was then frustrating in my head as to why I was ever told they would be. I was given nothing else but more creams to try. When I spoke up about the one that specifically worked they didn't hesitate to call it in (to a private company, first red flag) only to find out my insurance doesn't cover it or the alternative, we're talking $1000 out of pocket for cream! No one can afford that. I was told through my insurance a PA could be filled out for the medication (which the doctor started but sent in incomplete) and for over a week I have called and called trying to get through as now my hands have gone 100% backwards and feel terrible now that I'm out of medication. I have left voicemails, left my story with a receptionist who didn't want to help me at all because she wasn't the person who handled the information. So here I sit another day, no call back. I will never come back here and I will not refer anyone here. They didn't even try to find the source of what could be causing it, and obviously are no help with medication I actually need. Anyone who has eczema knows how defeating this feeling is, and for someone like myself who literally developed it overnight and it never went away I really turned to healthcare for guidance and relief. I've made an appointment elsewhere. Please remove me as a client.
