I picked a small broken piece of the water line out of the valve, snipped off an inch off the end of the tube to get to fresh material, and pushed the water line back into the valve connector. The pump was not cracked and works just fine. I completed the repair myself and it cost me absolutely nothing. I wish they would refund my $122 initial payment for a trip charge and misdiagnosis, where the tech could have done the same thing I did during his original visit, for no additional charge. I messaged the company the attached proof with pictures and they ignored me.

The belt had broken on the drum where it wouldn't turn. Jamie was the technician who came out to fix it and he replaced the broken belt, the rollers, and the pulley system. I then sprung on him while he was here that my washer was acting up and he did a quick look at it and ran a quick diagnostic on it because he had other service calls after me and couldn't dive deeper into it. He got the office to call me to set up an appointment for later in the week so he could have time to dive deeper to find out what was going on with it. It turned out I needed to have the main board replaced and they ordered that. He came back and replaced the board and ran tests to make sure the board and washer functioned properly. So, I will test it out on my next wash day but I feel confident that it will be working properly the next time I wash.
