Shawn was on time and through. He showed us all the problem areas revealing several areas of the house and garage. Plan of action was to treat the entire area via trenching method, and drilling along a couple of places that had concrete along the house. The price was about 650$. Then we asked where the leak was because it's a little ridiculous to do that without knowing where the leak was. So we got a leak detection price. $1350.00. I almost croaked. We asked them to leave and called another company. Their leak price is $100.00 and will come off the price if they do the repair. Worse part is it was for my daughter so if I wasn't there what would have happened. Last week they told her she needed a new unit. Oh and she has a service contract with them. Canceled that too. Highly unethical to try to rip of a young lady.
