I almost croaked. We asked them to leave and called another company. Their leak price is $100.00 and will come off the price if they do the repair. Worse part is it was for my daughter so if I wasn't there what would have happened. Last week they told her she needed a new unit. Oh and she has a service contract with them. Canceled that too. They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. The (4) techs and mechanics he had on the job knew exactly what needed to be done and worked together in getting me AC that night. But lately we have been getting halfassed maintenance work, an annual service we pay a hefty fee to have. They tend to show up late and do only some of what they are supposed to do (we have caught them not doing various checks and services several times). After one such service, my husband went in the attic to check what they had done and found that the reservoir tray under the unit was completely full of water... Something a good technician would have seen and addressed while there. To make matters worse, the techs get an attitude if you mention anything. Such a shame. It made me think of the situation where parents have been running a company for decades then have to retire and leave the biz to the kids who kind of... don't run it quite so well.

We made the mistake of hiring Mitch to install our generator in Florida and hope to help others…read moreavoid our mistake. It has been over a year and the generator is still not working. There have been numerous mistakes along the process. He first had me take pictures for the permit as he is based out of Michigan. When the electrician showed up to start the installation he advised against the location that Mitch has chosen as it was right outside my daughters bedroom. He then tried to make us pay for the second permit. And then the incorrect size slab And stand were delivered. After Two months and several and return phone calls and text messages we had to hire a separate gas company to hook up the gas line to the tank. Now I am receiving threatening emails for final payment and the generator has still not yet been activated.
