Instructors like Yuri, as well as the owners, (Mohammad), and support staff , Silvia, have simplify the learning process to a 3rd grade material study that anybody can understand, comprehend, memorize, process, and use to their benefit. Don t get me wrong. There are is lots of material to study and go over and 6 different tests to take. But If you cannot make it, it's not them, its you. They will make you feel like a million dollar man or woman, and with a CDL license on the top of that. Freddie saw Jay for riding skills / lessons for the last couple of weeks and wow! Not only is my boy hooked but I have a deeper respect for these guys that take their time to take the students seriously. As a Mum who wants her kiddo riding as safe as possible, I thought nothing of multiple lessons and of course the onsite licensing class. Alden in the office was brilliant at working out the scheduling that worked with our crazy calendar and we now have a fully licensed rider who sailed through the test with zero marks taken off. This was my very first time on a motorcycle. Henry and Natalie are great instructors. Sure, they know how to ride and instruct on skills. What they are really good at is developing relationships to aid in instruction. They learn your name, encourage and provide guidance in a way that keeps your head in the game. Not to mention my other daughter who graduated from there last year was told she didn't have to stop for emergency vehicles during her driving lessons. But their message states that if you miss a driving lesson there will be a $60 charge if you dont call within 24 hours to reschedule. I cant imagine anyone ever answering their phones so I had to go to their physical location in person to notify them and reschedul his make up classes. Terrible customer service. Everything I shared in my review was true and based on my direct experience as a paying customer. I will not be intimidated into silence. I am not asking for a handout -- only for fairness: either provide the six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction my child needs, or refund the money so she can complete her training elsewhere. The fact that the owner is threatening customers instead of resolving concerns only reinforces the pattern already visible in the many other one-star reviews.
