I don't deserve it A quite late afternoon with not so many…read moreclients, I came to pick up my glass. Welcome me is an unfriendly staff. Without saying hi or anything, she was just looking at me and wait for me to say. I told her I need to pick up my glass. She asked me for my name and order me to sit down. I then stepped to the administration desk to ask about an upcoming appointment. Few minutes later she came out and loudly demand me to come over her table. I politely said: "Give me a minute, I'm making an appointment." with a bullying and unpleasant tone, she order : "do this first and you can do that later." she actually brought back my memories when my mom ordered me around when I was a child. the administrator is also not pleasant either. I paid over $500 dollars for the glass And what did I do wrong to deserve this? disrespectful manner from staff who is unfairly rushing me around like that. I am 5-10 years older than most of them, even though I looks like 10 years younger than my age. doesn't matter how old customers are, where they are coming from. We should be treated fairly and respectfully.

If I could rate this doctor a complete zero star rating I would. I had an eye problem that had…read moregotten much worse in the last few hours, so I called the service for the on-call doctor. That was Dr. Mazur. I waited over an hour for her return call after having to call the service twice because the service hadn't been able to reach her. I had taken a picture of my eye to send her to see if she could look at it to see if it was a dermatology issue or an eye doctor issue, and tell me if there was anything she thought I should do until I could see somebody in the morning. She seemed not at all interested in helping me and refused to look at the pictures I'd taken. She let me know she was in her pj's already, and she wasn't doing anything tonight about anything. She spoke in an arrogant tone, and while she told me that, yes, she was the doctor on call, she wasn't going to do anything tonight to help me. Why would a doctor take an after hours on call job, then refuse to help a patient because it's after hours? She showed no compassion or interest in helping a patient whose condition was worsening. It was a horrible experience.
