The schedule was too fast for us to get plumber sorted before install. But golly, if that is the only gripe, then who the heck can complain about prompt responses? Not us. The price beat EVERYBODY we could find and the quality is pretty sweet. I would recommend them to anyone. The only bummer is that in the time of Covid, no one wore masks inside and we had to provide them for the staff when they came to do the work. (They should be wearing masks anyway to prevent damage to their lungs when they grind the granite to complete installation.) I will use again.

I was able to get two matching remnants for both bathrooms. They were very no-pressure as I was trying to pick out which slabs I wanted. The cost was MUCH less than Lowe's, Home Depot, and the other granite shops in town, and there were no hidden charges. I had to wait approx one month for installation, but all the other places (except one) had the same wait time. The templates were done on a Tuesday and installation done 3 days later. They arrived on time for each appointment (they were actually early each time which was even better). The work was done efficiently and right the first time. I will definitely use this company again.

Alyssa provided wonderful customer service,…read morewas very knowledgeable, and offered excellent suggestions for me to think about in order to help me decide. She had the day off the day my flooring came in. I was presented with the invoice that listed the total linear footage of flooring, not the number of boxes. I failed to do the math. My floor installation guy informed me I was shorted 3 boxes and he found 3 boxes with different UCP codes. So, I actually was shorted 6 boxes. The 3 boxes with wrong codes were 8 mil thick. The other 21 boxes were 10 mil thick. I called Alyssa and explained this to her. She informed me that I received 27 boxes total. WRONG! I only received 24 boxes. An entire wrapped pallet wrapped in plastic was loaded into my truck with a fork lift. 4 rows of 6 boxes in each row. I did not receive 3 additional boxes!!! Alyssa said they could comp me for the 3 wrong boxes BUT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE 3 BOXES I WAS SHORTED!! Nothing! So, I had to order 6 additional boxes. 3 were replacements and 3 I had to purchase again. When I went in to return the bad boxes and pick up the new ones I tried again to get some sort of compensation for the missing 3 boxes. NOTHING!! They could have a least cut me a deal, but no! So very disappointed! I will have 3 more rooms to refloor at another date and I will not dare give this company another penny.
