Our freezer was pooling for months (it's a 9 year old side-by-side Frigidaire Gallery leaking on freezer side) so I FINALLY made that call yesterday. Business owner, Jacob, was friendly and responsive over the phone, and able to come over same-day at no extra cost. He arrived promptly at the top of the estimated service window timeframe. Short version: he completely fixed the issue for a fraction of what he'd prepared me for over the phone. I am THRILLED with this. Backstory: Primary reason we waited months is cost , but also the previous company we had out years ago (when our fridge was still under warranty), sent a guy who kept proselytizing in the kitchen, distracting from his work, and left religious paraphernalia on the counter. Not the purpose of a service call, my dude. Thankfully Jacob with Logical Appliance Repair was super professional and focused on the job. He had our freezer working properly in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed a few other problems (the display panel is glitched out / broken, ice maker is busted) and quoted price for that too but we can live without those things so we passed - there was absolutely no pressure to agree to more work. As a courtesy, he slipped booties over his shoes to protect our floors each time he entered the house from his work van. I'm happy to say that as of this morning, there is no puddle of water at the base of my unit, which means we can stop bunching nasty towels there or risking slip & falls. Again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Logical Appliance Repair . You will be glad you called them !!

The process was super easy and just required a little bit of information about the issue and appliance so they can ensure that they have the correct solution and parts to fix the problem when they arrive. Jacob called when he was 45 minutes out to let me know that he was on his way. He di waste any time diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The meticulous care and professional service was beyond reproach and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Logical Appliance for everything!!!

    Your company Raytech Appliance Services was referred as a delivery service provider by Whirlpool…read morecorporation.  Back on 05-28-2021 Whirlpool submitted a work order for a new refrigerator replacement to be shipped directly to your company from the manufacturer.  Whirlpool explained that once the refrigerator arrives at Raytech they will call me and schedule a refrigerator delivery. On 05-28-2021, I called Raytech to confirm and verified they have my contact information.  I talked to Ms. Pauline Santiago (customer service) and she verified all on my information and she explained once the new refrigerator arrives at Raytech they will contact me and schedule a delivery date and time. On 07-08-2021 I still have not received any updates and decided to call both Whirlpool and Raytech for a status update.  Whirlpool explained that the refrigerator is still pending and on back order.  Whirlpool also explained that I should double check with Raytech.  On 07-08-2021 I called Raytech and talked to Ms. Carrie.  Ms. Carrie explained to me the refrigerator still has not arrived at Raytech.  She also explained that Raytech will refuse and not accept the refrigerator.   She explained due to manpower issues they are unable to delivery the refrigerator. On 07-20-2021 I called Whirlpool to get a status update.  Whirlpool explained the refrigerator is still on back order.  I also explained to Whirlpool that Raytech advised they do not have the manpower and are unable to deliver the refrigerator once it arrives at Raytech.  Whirlpool explained that they will contact Raytech themselves to confirm this information.  Whirlpool was able to contact Raytech and they confirmed they will not be able to deliver the refrigerator. I visited Raytech's website and left my concerns and comments. I did not receive any response from Raytech, as of today I still haven't received a response.  Maybe they will respond to these comments here. Overall I am very upset and very disappointed with how this situation was handled.  I understand the fact that the refrigerator is still on back order, however I am disappointed on how the customer service was handled.  When I initially called on 05-28-2021 and talked to Ms. Pauline Santiago she did not explain to me about the manpower issue or how Raytech would not be able to deliver the refrigerator.  This is poor customer service and Raytech failed to contact both Whirlpool and myself about this manpower delivery issue.  If you cannot accept the delivery job, then you need to follow-up and let both the customer and Whirlpool know!!  This is a big waste of time, money and delivery resources on Raytech's part.  Again I am very disappointed!!

    I used this company to repair my microwave through my warranty company. He was super friendly and…read moreresponsive at first. He attempted to fix my microwave he ordered a part that he said was needed. The part was ordered but the microwave went out again after a few days. But before it went out he kept insisting I call the warranty company and let them know it was fixed so he would get paid. After telling him it went out again he said it probably needs another part and would "make sure we all get this taken care of" He just needed the first payment from the warranty company so he could order more parts (Normally you get paid when the job is completed). His words "These people are playing with my rent money and it's killing me. So basically I'm gathering he likely was paid, Im still having issues and he is not responding. He has not replied to the warranty company or my text and calls. He made a promise that he would take care of this and once I believe he was paid by the warranty company I was ghosted. All he had to say was hey I pay for these parts out of my own pocket and the warranty company is slow with reimbursements and my business can not wait the standard time for that instead of stringing me along. I would not recommend this company to anyone just because of the lack of integrity.
