I knew it was a long shot for her to have availability a few days before and it was, but she went out of her way to help me find another photographer who could capture our family memories. My husband and I chose Chantell because she was friendly, personable, made us feel comfortable, followed through on communication, and made us feel inclusive throughout the whole process. We chose the maternity/fresh 48 package and the pictures were more than what we could have expected. Granted I was pregnant and still hormonal with a 3 week old, the pictures captured the essence of us as a couple and brought tears to our eyes (and our family/friends). Throughout the entire process, Chantell was very accommodating - bringing the dresses and accessories to my home. She kept in touch, even if just to say hi and see how the pregnancy was going, and she is just an overall pleasant person; someone you can tell has a passion for what she does. Chantell is a gem! I highly recommend her. No need to keep looking elsewhere.
