I was struggling with finding a quality photographer at a reasonable cost. The ones I found in my price range did not present themselves professionally. Amanda however was both reasonable and professional with a website and a Facebook page (which she updates regularly). I took a gamble when I hired her. I was worried (not never have actually meeting her) that she'd show up on time (and understood what I was asking for). She achieved both. In fact, she arrived early the day of the ceremony and right on time for the party. I loved the fact that she understood my fiancé (now husband) does not generally smile in pictures. She was able to capture a few candid shots of both us smiling. She didn't charge by the photo (which I loved). I liked being my own editor when it came to choosing what shots to share with my family and friends. Amanda did a great job with both jobs but I will say her talent is really in capturing babies and children. We had both babies and children at our party. The shots she captured with them interacting with or without adults are just precious. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Amanda.

A Truly talented team and beautiful souls!…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Jac & Mac Photography and the experience of having our family photos taken. From the moment we started, they made us feel completely comfortable and at ease-which truly shows in the photos. The images we received were nothing short of stunning. Mackerrlly has a unique ability to capture genuine moments: the laughter, the love, the little glances that often go unnoticed. These aren't just pictures, they are memories we'll cherish for a lifetime. Not only is Mackerrlly talented behind the camera, but also kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The care and attention to detail were felt every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who can beautifully capture the heart of your family, I can't recommend Jac & Mac Photography enough. We are beyond grateful!

We recently had family photos done with Matthew Rose, and he was very communicative and accommodating at first, we took the pictures on a Monday and received the results on Wednesday with "R&R" watermark. I paid the invoice in full on the date of the photos and sent our 15 pictures we selected that week so we can get them back without the watermark. Unfortunately, it has been radio silence since then. I have called Matt, texted, and emailed numerous times. It has been several weeks of me following up trying to get our photos and there has been no communication. I am now trying to figure out how I can get my money back. I would not recommend Roses are Red Photography/Hartwood Photography or Matthew Rose.

We were blown away by our wedding pictures and truly feel like she captured all of the emotions that we felt that day. She is great at capturing timeless photos and candids which are my favorites. Not only is she a gifted photographer, her organizational skills and professionalism were above and beyond! She responds to emails quickly and is always available for any questions. She reached out before our wedding day to confirm which group photos we wanted, and her timeline was perfect! The whole day ran smoothly and we're so happy to have beautiful pictures to remember our day!

My wife and I considered no fewer than 30 photographers before we finally chose who we were going…read moreto work with. The decision was the most time-consuming choice we made - every photographer had a unique style, and prices varied wildly. We were meticulous and judicious in whittling down our list of options, enumerating the pros and cons of each. At the time, I took pride in our rigor but in retrospect I find it laughable. I knew from the moment we added Wolfcrest to our list that Sara and her work was the best. In fact, it stood out so superior to our other considerations that to even think of pursuing her as our wedding photographer felt like a guilty luxury. Imagining our own memories framed through the lens of Sara's composition felt so indulgent that we were reluctant to even consider the possibility initially, and so we continued the 'process'. But when we finished our lengthy exercise, every pro and con enumerated, inevitably it only could have ever been Wolfcrest. Now, our photos read like a story book. Wolfcrest elevated our wedding's niche theme to an otherwordly romantic event. In these photos, my wife resembles a renaissance ideal of beauty. Looking at our photos now feels like the guilty pleasure I knew they would be the first time we saw what Sara can do. Thank you Sara.
