Seeing as the furnace/air-conditioning system was over 30 years old, we opted for a complete replacement.  Greg was very professional, knowledgeable and explained how the system would work.  He was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns.  He scheduled the work and kept us informed throughout the process as to when parts would be available (pandemic caused some delay with backordered parts) and which technician would be doing the work. He even got our old AC system to work until the new one could be installed.   Christian, the installation expert, arrived bright and early on the day of the install.  He got right to work and did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new one.  He worked the entire day and put in the extra care to make everything look neat and secure and was properly working.  He is a true professional and so pleasant to work with, putting up with our questions as he was working.  He also left our home neat and clean when he was done.  Greg came by the following day to follow up and to install a different thermostat we had requested/   He again checked and made sure everything was working properly and that we knew how to work the system.  We are 100% satisfied with everything that was done.  Greg and Christian made it clear that if we had any problems, questions or concerns, just call and they would take care of it.  Very reassuring to receive such personal service from a company.  We also signed up for a yearly service contract and will always call them for any of our future needs.

The technician was on time, great personality, professional and cleaned up after the job. Each routine maintenance service call prevented a bigger problem from developing. I am grateful that they are so skilled at repair and maintenance . I have grown to trust their expertise. I have great confidence in their work and in the company in general. So recently I had a really bad blocked drain in the kitchen. I did what I could to unclog it but I was unsuccessful. I realized that Chris Mechanical also has plumbing services available. I called on a Sunday and the plumber was able to fit me into the schedule a day later. Since it was just the kitchen and not the entire plumbing line it was ok to wait. If you need emergency services the plumber would probably be able to get there ASAP. The owner was very confident to the point of being arrogant and cocky that he had 40 years in the business and his guys were great and my house would be a great when they were finished. East Coast was hired, and the results were far from what he promised. He sent in a crew to screw down the old sheet rock and there was no consistency or method used to ensure all of the sheet rock was properly secured to the frame of the house. After that he sent in a mud guy that worked for a different company that mudded the ceiling. He also sent in a guy to work the walls. I deduced this guy had probably been in prison for the past decade (for reasons unknown) because he told me he "has been gone of awhile" and he kept mentioning that "it's been 10 years" and "he's all better now" and saying things like "I don't steal from job sites". This guy didn't have a car to get to and from my house so he relied on his GF to bring him to work. Sometimes the owner would pick him up and bring him and drop him off. Several times I was the only person at my house with this guy babysitting him while he worked and the owner was not there. The work being performed was sub par at best and when my general contractor brought it up to the owner of East Coast he started backing out on his word of quality stating that there's no way to get a good finish on these walls and I remember specifically him saying "I'm not going to have somebody going over all the work with a flashlight picking out all the imperfections, we just stand in the middle of the room and look for anything that you can see from." My GC let him go.
