A year after leaving them we discovered that they made an error in credentialing costing us almost 10,000. The communication was terrible, we never got answers to our questions, we never got training on their billing platform, and we never got any reports as requested. We transitioned from them and got NO hand off reports to see what claim status was. They have not responded to any requests since and we finally just cut our losses and don't regret leaving them. We were severely disappointed with them and would never recommend them.
