When I got there he had installed Windows 10 (my preference) over top of Linux and the lap top was almost identical to the one I wanted. I said I'd take it but have to pick it up in the evening. When I went back he had updated everything and even installed Open Word (I said it was mainly for word processing and work related stuff). Almost identical specs and the price was about 25$ cheaper. He asked a colleague who was aware of the incorrect signage. I asked for a price adjustment or to speak to a manager. Turns out his colleague WAS the manager, was aware it was labelled incorrectly, hadn't fixed the problem and denied the ajustment. I had been looking forward to this shopping experience. Instead I left with out my products and a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.
