I even got my mom to do it too the following weekend. I contacted her January 10, 2020 to get my liner done again (thicker and winged this time) and she responded right away. The appointment was set for January 18, 2020 at 1:00 pm and she said she would text me 24 hours in advance to confirm the appointment and get my address since she is mobile now and doesn't have a shop. I didn't get a text. I texted her the morning of the appointment at 9:15 am to see if we were still on for that day. Nothing. I texted again at 12:10 pm. Again, nothing. I got a text back at 12:45 pm saying her phone broke and we would have to reschedule. I wasn't too excited about changing the date and time but I moved some stuff around and told her I was available Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 2 pm. She said she would take off 15% off due to having to reschedule so I appreciated that. It's currently 3:20 pm on January 19, 2020. I have texted and called her twice. No response. No "can we reschedule again?" NOTHING. She was awesome the first time I met her but I am extremely disappointed from what I've seen the last two days. I run a small business on the side so I know how important it is to make sure you text people back and keep appointments. I don't get angry easily and I don't write negative reviews pretty much ever but I'm pretty angry about the lack of any response from her.

She answered all my questions, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She seemed to me as a perfectionist by the way she was paying attention to every little detail. She didn't just check with me once but checked with me multiple times to make sure I loved the shape size and color before she started. She also checked on me many times during the procedure to make sure I was not experiencing any discomfort or if I just needed a break. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would recommend Beauty By Ink to everyone. Veronica is amazing. My eyebrows look so natural. I'll be coming back when it's time for a touch up.
