I recently purchased the Twister and this helmet is awesome. We rode 800 miles that weekend and I barely noticed I had a helmet on. It is light weight, comfortable and stylish. No more mushroom head. Our local vendor sold the last one on Tuesday but Mike was great to work with and expedited the shipment to arrive in time for our ride that weekend. Their shipping is horrible. First helmet I ordered took almost 1 year to deliver. Yea yea blame it on covid. I ordered helmet from a different comp they shipped out with in 24 hrs regular freight took 3 days to receive from order date. These guys took 4 days to create label their excuse was we are back up on orders ahhh, how is that my problem. I ordered "owner" claims fash shipping great customer service. I don't think so 4 days to create a shipping label and sent out of a Friday. Ok but the issue here is this I paid for 3 day business delivery yet I will receive the helment after 5 days after they ship it. WTH I ordered on a Sunday so order should have processed on Monday label created on a Tuesday and been delivered on Friday Monday the latest. I paid for the expedited shipping. i did countless hours of research on this helmet, I guess it's suppose to be a good brand. local store has some half helmets the 2xl fit. They fit, crazy Al's fit. I had to wear this helmet, I had no choice unfortunately, I had a headache for two days. had to take a ride to nor cal for a day. I had few options to make this thing fit or the risk of chp on the I 5 freeway riding with no helmet. I gave them measurements of my head, I'm measurin the one they sent , it's smaller than a 2xl. you can expect something to form to somebody's head that far off. The label reads 2xl but it's not. Its one thing to be a little off, but it would not even sit down on my head. I had high hopes for these guys. They are veterans friendly, and maybe they just screwed me over. Micro DOT Helmet Co. The glue in their helmets failed me with less than a year of light use. They will replace it, BUT, ONLY IF I PAY THE SHIPPING!!!! I suggest you be wary of their product. Also suggest that if you want their products, buy through Amazon so you can return defective equipment on their dime! You can see in the pictures that there is no damage at all that would indicate abuse. 2 tabs of glue/adhesive are all that holds the inner shell to the outer shell. read more

I recently purchased a T360 fiberglass. The helmet is amazing light and feel safe. I can't believe the customer service Microdot gave me. I purchased two helmets from the leading competition at the same time I purchased a Microdot helmet after the field and finish of the Microdot helmet I returned the other two. The sizing is on point. I didn't believe it at first so I ordered a medium I have a small head lol. Measuring my head it was 22 inches exactly so I thought the medium will give me extra room I returned it got the small and it fits like a glove. I would definitely recommend Microdot helmet to my friends and family. read more

Worst place ever. All looks good till you get the product. The bolts on the helmet I bought are oxidizing, and after multiple time of trying to get a response from them I just gave up. Lesson learned. Keep away!!! , they are quick to get your money then don't stand behind their products. Thumbs down!!!!!! read more
