I'm writing this review as an update because I am forever grateful to Vanessa and her team of experts. Three years ago, I originally went in for scar camouflage for some surgical scars I had that made me very self-conscious because they were on my face & neck. Having them "camouflaged" changed my whole outlook! It made me back into the sociable person I was before! What's also great about Vanessa & their staff is they are all super-positive people & it flows over into everything they do. They all get very excited to see the amazing results their clients get! Despite taking proper aftercare, my brows have faded and no other brow place willing to provide follow up unless you pay them full price-same as getting a new procedure. Plenty of parking. After disputing the follow up charges to BBB, I received a refund. I understand things happen in life but communication is key.
