Be careful with these people. They showed us an apartment, he said everything was included in the price...when we signed up the contract, the fridge was taken out of the contract...we asked why and he said "oh the owner is in love with her fridge", but we signed the contract anyway. As a first time owners we believe in the words of the real estate agent who said everything we saw in the apartment was included in the price. For our surprise when we arrived at the apartment the lamps were taken out, they just left the bulbs instead of the whole lamp. Do not trust them when they say everything is inlcuded or you will end of like us...a rip off. read more
