The following is a rough sequence of events and the terrible customer service we received. 8/27 We were supposed to get a call at 8am to tell us when the repair guy was supposed to come out. It was 9:15 with no notification so we called them. They answered and told us the estimated time was 2-4pm (not a big deal, we had plans later in the afternoon). 4 o'clock rolls around and he still hasn't shown up nor have we recieved a call stating he would be late. So we called them again at 4:05 to check and he says he's running about 30 minutes late. (A little irritated, but not to big a deal). He finally shows up and he takes a look at the washer saying that the fabric softener clogged the drain tube (first time I've ever heard of that but, ok) and that it is a motherboard issue. He tells us it is fixed and should work temporarily until we decide to order the part. They charge us $85 for 10-15min of work. We test the machine and it still doesn't work. We call them back and they schedule a secondary appointment for August 31st. 8/31 They call us about 9am to say that there is nothing they can do but order the part. At this point we are like okay just order the part. We asked if we could be refunded the $85 because he came and did nothing to our machine and it still had the same problem as before we called. They gave us some bullshit about how the experience was not how we made it seem, that the $90 was for a insurance charge if we got the part installed and broke within a 90 day period. We decided to not order the part and still wanted our money back (Would have accepted a little less due to gas usage and time) all they did was yell back at us and said that there was nothing they could do. 100% NEVER using this place again with their bullshit customer service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Contracted them to clean commercial kitchen exhaust system…read more His crew damaged my exhaust fan while cleaning vent. My contractor onsite indicated that it was damaged to the point that it should be replaced or will likely fail relatively quickly. Business owner initially offered to replace fan while talking on phone, but then decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to my site next day to "inspect" the damage himself (indicator to me that he really had no intentions of paying replacement cost of fan). Upon arrival, he had his laborer "repair" the fan (read: bent it back) and big surprise, magically deemed it in good condition and refused to replace fan (all the while still insinuating that probably his guys didn't do it anyway). He did offer to give a 1-yr warranty if fan goes out (surprising if your guys "didn't do it"), although he would not give it in writing and he was presenting himself in a very hinky/allusive manner, so his word was worth zero to me by then. To add insult to injury, when I really did not want to accept that conclusion (and fully anticipating that he would not honor his word on a "warranty"), and waiting weeks for him to offer up a fair resolution (I don't know, gee, maybe at least offer a discount on the service charge), I finally gave up and sent a check for payment. However, by the time they received my check, they had already added late fee at rate of 24% annual interest (usurious in SD by the way) AND sent the bill to collections. And even though I had sent check, when I received the collections notification a few days later, I immediately paid the collection bill to keep in good standing. But, when I called him to get back my initial check that I had sent him, he had already cashed that too! So I ended up paying double and it took me a couple of weeks to get my second payment back (minus service charges on top of that!). So, in the end I had to pay an overinflated service fee (two times), his crew damaged my property, he screwed me on late fees, and I now sit with a damaged exhaust fan that will eventually cost me several hundred to replace.. And after all that, the jerk didn't even offer to discount my bill after his guys damaged my property! My recommendation is to STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this guy! Also, I have been a corporate director and/or business owner for 28 years, and have always represented myself/my company in a professional manner and I know questionable operators when I experience them. I usually just move on (my consolation is that they never get my business ever again -- if he wants to lose years of regular billing to stiff me on a few hundreds bucks, I guess I cannot question that logic), but I felt that in this case it would be best to warn others what they may be getting themselves into with this guy. If you use them, you better pray that nothing goes wrong or you will likely be left holding the bag...
