Of course, the kids had a fantastic time as well, Ruby and her assistants brought great energy and were able to make every kid (even the more tentative ones) feel comfortable and want to join in the fun. The face painting was spectacular - great detail, long lasting and didn't smear off. I don't think many kids are letting their parents wash their faces tonight! And the balloon art is something you'll want to save as well. Hiring Ruby and Co. was the best decision I made for this party. You won't regret it either.

They arrived right on time and were able to set up easily even with some space constraints from my venue. The magician started with balloon animals that all the lil ones loved.. and then the magic show even captivated the adults! I laughed so much during it!The face painter was very good. She was able to make really detailed and beautiful face paint based off of pretty much any picture or idea you gave her! Every single kid loved their design and couldn't stop showing off! Taking it off after was super easy! Few swipes w make up wipes and that's it! We picked package B, which was 1.5 hours, magician, balloon animals and face painting. So worth it! Johnathan the magician showed up 30 minutes late due to traffic-however upon his arrival he quickly appeased the energetic little people with balloon twisting and fun. The kids were on him like swarming sharks and I was just deeply relieved to have the focus redirected off the destruction of my home. I tried to ask for a later arrival but was ignored--calls went unanswered and texts were not returned. It took more than eight attempts to get a simple answer. On the day of the party, they claimed to be delayed due to a car accident. Hours passed with no updates. After multiple calls and texts, they finally informed me--by text, not a call--that they would not make it and promised a full refund. No supervisor or owner ever called to apologize, and I never received my refund. After repeated follow-ups, I was sent a fake receipt for $100, despite being owed $461.58. This company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and only interested in taking your money. When things go wrong, they refuse to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would.
