I am so happy I found Lilygrass Floral! I live out of state and wanted to send my sister flowers…read morefor her birthday, but wanted to find a great local place, with options beyond the traditional grocery store bouquet. Lilygrass has STUNNING options on their site, are local to Laurel, and their prices are very fair for the quality in my opinion. I was able to order online, a beautiful bouquet for next day delivery and it all went smoothly. When I realized that no one would be available at the house during traditional work hours, they received my message in time and called me to get an updated address. They were able to get it to her at a great time, the flowers look stunning, and fresh, and we were thrilled to support a local business. If you're looking for any kind of gift, table arrangement or other floral arrangement definitely reach out to Lilygrass!

So happy to support such a wonderful small business!!

She asked me for model info so he was prepared for the issues upon arrival. Randall was able to quickly diagnose the issues and get us up and running. He was very open about the parts, cost, and that there were signs that I might be able to keep the old parts longer if I wanted. He took a few extra minutes to educate me on what was wrong, the symptoms, and what he recommended to address the issues. He installed new parts and several days later, the dryer is working like it should. I would recommend Revive Appliance Repair and WILL use them again should I have any issues! Very nice folks who were very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Mountview Cemetery is historical in many ways. According to the website, it's been active for 135…read moreyears and the oldest continually operating cemetery in the region. As I drove by on Central, what captured my attention were the military markers. The same white precise layout as in standalone military cemeteries. With the opening of the national veterans cemetery in Laurel, I didn't expect to see many "new" markers. I was wrong. Near each of these were small holes for placing flowers or flags or other mementos. A nice touch. Back behind the military section, is the civilian section and it seemed to go on forever. What stood out to me were the grave markers. They all seemed enormous and intricate in both pattern and wording. Had I not known this was a cemetery, I would have believed I was in a museum of sculpture art. Of course there were the smaller plots marked out for families, the in-ground markers, the traditional early 20th century size markers, and the huge monoliths, but overall most were large, eye-catching and sometimes imposing. I found this to be the most incredible cemetery. Some of the newer markers had pictures of the person, bringing visitors back to an acknowledgment that for as beautiful as the setting, it's still a place for remembering a life. It's history here.
