These people are truly kind and caring about the situations they deal with here. The facilities are very clean, private, and home-y. The employees are very understanding and well-spoken. An additional thing I like is that they don't seem to mass-produce the urns. The one I picked for my grandmother isn't on the shelves anymore, and the one I chose for my mother was off the shelf almost the very next day, so I can really appreciate the individuality of it.

We've never been disappointed. There's a number to call if you have any questions or disappointments to allow them to remedy them. To the lady that visited the cemetery in 2021. I think back on that time, it was the middle of the COVID pandemic. Some consideration should be given.

I love visiting old historic cemeteries. Most people think it's creepy but the history, art work,…read moretombstones, and eeriness draws me to these places. This cemetery isn't well marked and it doesn't seem to get a lot of visitors as I was the only one around when I visited.

Mountview Cemetery is historical in many ways. According to the website, it's been active for 135…read moreyears and the oldest continually operating cemetery in the region. As I drove by on Central, what captured my attention were the military markers. The same white precise layout as in standalone military cemeteries. With the opening of the national veterans cemetery in Laurel, I didn't expect to see many "new" markers. I was wrong. Near each of these were small holes for placing flowers or flags or other mementos. A nice touch. Back behind the military section, is the civilian section and it seemed to go on forever. What stood out to me were the grave markers. They all seemed enormous and intricate in both pattern and wording. Had I not known this was a cemetery, I would have believed I was in a museum of sculpture art. Of course there were the smaller plots marked out for families, the in-ground markers, the traditional early 20th century size markers, and the huge monoliths, but overall most were large, eye-catching and sometimes imposing. I found this to be the most incredible cemetery. Some of the newer markers had pictures of the person, bringing visitors back to an acknowledgment that for as beautiful as the setting, it's still a place for remembering a life. It's history here.

WOW! I had no idea businesses like this existed anymore...run by someone who is passionate about…read morehis craft, honest, and goes above and beyond every step of the way. Oh, and the prices were great as well! James was an absolute delight. You can tell he takes real pride in his business and is committed to making each buying/installation process the best possible. My first impression as he came to my newly built home was of his enthusiasm. And he was so patient with my questions. Second, he recommended I wait to order blackout shades for my bedrooms as his distributor was coming out with new color selections. My only hesitation was privacy for my empty windows in the meantime and he was so wonderful about offering to install temporary blinds. He kept me posted and as soon as the new book with the new colors was available, he was at my home the next day! In the meantime, he installed my living room and dining room blinds, these super cool new "concept" ones called transition blinds (I think), and they are the coolest ever!! You can close them, or you can open them halfway and still have privacy while allowing some light in, or you can open them all the way. He took such care in considering where the cords should be installed (he and I discussed that my windows were too tall for cordless, but he offered great suggestions), and even the little details like how to install them the most solidly on my back door with its little magnet mount to hold the bottom in place- seriously, the details! He really does have so much experience that his suggestions and attention to detail are spot on, and so appreciated. I love that he stands behind his work and his products, and I know that he would not hesitate to help should I ever call with an issue or concern. I recommend him to everyone.

When the shade arrived at our home, I opened the box and was overwhelmed when I saw the stings that had to be untangled and then situated in the valance. I decided to get professional assistance instead of screwing up a very expensive shade. I googled "window shades billings mt" James' company came up so I called, we made an appointment. James came over, put the shade together and installed it. It was worth every penny & more to have James bale me out. He's quick and fair priced for his services. Don L.
