We have contacted Lew no less than 13 documented times inquiring about the status. He does not return calls, says it will be done soon, etc. The last time I spoke to Lew he told me "your father-in-law (who, by the way is 87 years old) will not have to pay any more because I dropped the ball here". He then assured me it would be placed in 3-4 weeks. That was 8 weeks ago. I called two weeks ago to ask again and never got a call back. I am filing a formal complaint with the Montana Board of Funeral Directors today.

These people are truly kind and caring about the situations they deal with here. The facilities are very clean, private, and home-y. The employees are very understanding and well-spoken. An additional thing I like is that they don't seem to mass-produce the urns. The one I picked for my grandmother isn't on the shelves anymore, and the one I chose for my mother was off the shelf almost the very next day, so I can really appreciate the individuality of it.

Memorial Weekend 2024 - Visited mom and dad's graves, the cemetery was fairly well kept. We've…read morevisited every Memorial day, Mothers Day or Father's Day each year since 2006. We've never been disappointed. There's a number to call if you have any questions or disappointments to allow them to remedy them. To the lady that visited the cemetery in 2021. I think back on that time, it was the middle of the COVID pandemic. Some consideration should be given.
