Our new doggo nail clippers. They did a great job, super easy to make an appointment by text. We tried across the street at Bark Center, or whatever it's called, after 2 tries and the employee's lack in customer service skills, I did a google search and found Michelle's right across the street. I took My golden retriever today for a first time grooming experience, I was super impressed with the consultation that Michelle conducted to make sure we would get exactly what we were hoping for. During the visit Michelle texted me pictures of my dog getting her pampering and I must say that was such a beautiful thing to see as I was a bit nervous not knowing how my dog was behaving on her first grooming session. I don't know how anyone gives this place anything less than a 5 star review! They do an immaculate job and really care about what they do, they take pride in their work and own it! Their prices are definitely fair and for the work they do you can't beat them. I got both of our dogs groomed one with a full wash, blow dry, nails and private's and the other just a wash, blow dry, nails and private's. They even brush their teeth! Michelle keeps in touch let's you know how the babies are doing and let's you know when they are ready, great communication. I was scared to try a new groomer but I will definitely be coming back to Michelle's and Michelle's only. P.s. What a great experience , from the moment I called to the moment I picked my pups up . With no appointment , I called early to inquire about availability for 2 yorkies today tues march 21st . Luckily there were appointments available . I dropped my babies off at about 9:45. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. From past experience I've dropped them off and waited all day to pick my pups up . Not the case here , it's 12 and I'm already home with Stewie and Suki fully groomed . I went here for the first time with my dogs with little expectation. I was blown away by how much hospitality, understanding, and love the staff showed for the animals they cared for and the job they have. You are greeted with warm welcomes and it really shows how much they love each animal that walks in their door. They gave me a realistic estimated time of the services before I left and kept in touch with me on additional service options I may like. My Pomeranian needed a trim, and bath and my Pomsky just got a bath. When I inquired about the services before making an appointment, they informed me that the nail trim comes with the service. When I arrived, my Pomsky was ready, however, one of the staff members felt matted fur and took her back to brush it out. My Pomeranian was still getting a hair trim but when he was done, I was extremely satisfied with the results. The ladies here not only went above and beyond for my dogs, they went ahead and trimmed my Pomsky's nether regions to keep her clean and trimmed her overgrown paw fur around her nails. They really take pride in their work here and I see that it's because they really do a great job! I highly recommend anyone to come here to get their pets groomed! read more

I've taken my dog, Prosecco, to another place before, and they didn't even remove food from his ears. We discovered Mario after a botched job elsewhere. We took our cocker spaniel poodle to Mario and immediately fell in love. Mario exudes passion for what he does, and he makes all of his clients (and their owners) feel loved! We take our dog there every 3 weeks or so for either a full groom or an in between bath and "privates" where Mario will ensure our pooch is clean from tip to toe! Calling all of his "clients" his "babies", you know your dog or cat is in good hands with him. As we're regulars, I hardly have to tell Mario what we're looking for, as he knows how we like our dog groomed. I don't have to worry that he will shave her too closely, or that he'll make her look like a rat. She always comes home happy, smelling good, and looking phenomenal.
