We took our two large dogs to self bathe them. The entire room was super private which was amazing because one of our dogs is reactive. Tim was beyond kind and showed us how to use everything. My groomer moved away several weeks ago. I agonized over where to take him. So many choices and so many mixed reviews. After several recommendations took my little 12 yr old boy Rudy (Lhasa apso) to Wagpride. And I could not be happier! Not only is the shop cute as can be with toys and accessories, the folks that work there are wonderful. Dave and Tim (Luna too) that work the desk are warm and friendly. Paula the groomer, who is also very sweet gave my boy the best cut he's had in 3 years! I highly recommend this hidden gem located at the south-east end of the Wilton Manor strip. This place is the bomb! Such a cute little shop that offers self bathe dog washing (such a rarity for me to find). The tubs are always super clean, there are always clean towels and aprons available for use. They even have cologne for your dog to use for free after your wash and the machine itself offers shampoo, conditioner, flea & tick wash, and even an air dryer!! The staff are so kind and sweet, always offering a helping hand. They have a wonderful rewards system and a bunch of great products ranging from cat collars to fresh dog food. I love visiting this place and would recommend it as they're also a safe space for gay/queer/trans folk. read more

I'm so happy that I brought my yorkie to visit WagPride for a wash!! I was amazed at how adorable the boutiques is and how kind and sweet the owners are. It is so easy to wash your dog in their hi-tech and advanced system. You put your dog in the basin, you are even given a cute apron to put on so you don't get wet, and then are prompted through a timed system of wash, anti-flea, conditioner, rinse where the products come out through the sprayer. I also got to pick the music to listen to while I was washing my dog ("car wash" is perfect :)). After the wash, there is a dryer hose with two settings for drying off. All in 10 minutes! The boutique also has the most creative items (dog wine, ice cream mix, cookie mix, birthday cookies, tutus, sunglasses), and original collars, leashes, clothing, toys, treats, food, bowls, etc! I could not leave there without buying a couple of cute outfits and healthy treats! I will definitely be back on a regular basis! Silas and the staff are the nicest people and have thought of everything to spoil your dog while you give them a bath. read more

Just made a trip to this new addition on "The Drive" to try out their self-service dog washing station. As soon as we walked in the front door my dogs thought they were at Disneyworld - colorful toys, attire, products and treats, many strategically placed at "snout level". LOL The boutique has a very positive vibe and was immaculately clean. The self-service dog wash is AWESOME!!!!! Very reasonably priced at $10, it provides enough time to wash your dog without feeling stressed (10 minutes) and was even enough for me to wash *two* of my small dogs (12 lbs each). Powerful and thorough spray yet comfortable for your fur kids, it already includes the shampoo & conditioner in the spray on those cycles so no extra time needed to pour and lather. Blow dryer runs quietly (at least compared to a home hair dryer) so as not the cause any extra pup anxiety. The high plexiglass keeps you splatter-free and allows you to stand while you wash them without having to bend uncomfortably. They also very wisely installed a door that makes the wash area enclosed, allowing my other two dogs to roam safely while they waited. Throw in a very friendly and helpful owner & staff and we will be regular customers. Me and my Puppy Posse look forward to our next visit! read more
