extremely poor working ethic's and very unprofessional workers that work there (front office…read morereceptionist, and the actual therapist themselves) Breakdown Was told to go to CLM by another doctor I see to talk to somebody about family issues (who mind you is on the board of this whatever you wanna call it) he gave me a number and said tell them "I sent you' Called at 3:45 in Feb (have exact dates for this doesn't matter) Conversation with CLM was some will call within a few days for an intake all is good Two days later someone called and I had my intake, was informed then that most likely it would be two weeks before they could match me, I went into details of what I was going through and she herself said that it was necessary that I talk to someone sooner and informed me that I would be at the top of the list. After hearing nothing for 4 weeks and 5 days I called them back (march) and was informed I'm next on the list, issues were getting worse taking a toll one In April I called again a little upset cause have still heard nothing from them. I asked what their policies and time frame to get back to an individual after an intake was already taken, they said I was still at the top of the list In May went back to the original doctor who said to go to CLM, and asked how it's been, I informed him I wasn't happy and that unless I call them I don't hear from them. After this appointment I called CLM again to see where "at the top of the list was I actually at' cause it's ridiculous when you think of it you call someone in February and here it is April and you still have yet to have an appointment It was then that I was informed that my paperwork was lost and that I would have to start the process over. I informed the lady I was not nor would I start this process over and that I was not happy with how they conduct their business. I Explain how unprofessional it was of them to not even call me to let me know what was going and that I always had to call them and they lied to me instead of saying that they lost it from the beginning and having month (not days or weeks but months) and then to inform me like it was no big deal that they lost my information. That alone made me feel as if my issues were of no value to them or could care less Here's the kicker though since I had informed them of their unprofessionalism I get at least three calls a month from CLM asking to set up an appointment to start counciling, and every time they call I asked them I inform them and I tell them to never call me again!!!! I explained to them how they handled my situation and how unprofessional and unethical I believe they are, usually it ends with and I'm sorry and will take your name off the list. But on August 5th a lady called again (shocker) from CLM but she was chuckling while asking me to set up an appointment with a counselor to give "me meds" that alone blew my mind cause that wasn't what my visits for and if they were is that how they talk to the client! Also I believe they said they lost my information so which is it, they have it and it's wrong or they lost it When someone says stop calling me and they keep calling makes me believe that it's a total joke to them, otherwise why keep calling someone that's been very clear on how they feel you cause they're unprofessional that's why!!!!!! My belief is that they have a bunch of incompetent people working at a facility that they have no business working at, people that are working there are very unprofessional and have very poor work ethnic skills don't take people's issues seriously and either case they're wrong

Dr. Keith Ablow, was my doctor beginning in July of 2016 - April 2017 after I was in a car…read moreaccident. Dr. Ablow was aware that I had a traumatic brain injury and depression, His course of action to treat my traumatic brain injury and depression was ketamine, ketamine spray, a cocktail of medications which were contraindicated for TBI, expensive stays at his airbnb, which he calls a retreat, " psychotherapy" and when it was an inconvenience to him, he would illegally hospitalize me under Mass state section 12 law. During this time as his patient, he showed me his personal gun and where he would keep it during the day unsecured, he would make inappropriate comments, tell me about his personal problems, such as having his personal psychiatrist show up at his home with a " chocolate mushroom ". He told me about his daughter texting him from college a picture of her flask with their last name carved in it. Part of my $550.00 an hour sessions were about Dr. Ablow telling me that his mother had borderline personality disorder and when he went to dinner with his father, he would say that he allowed him to be alive. This is only a small piece of what my therapy was like. At no time did Dr. Ablow ever refer me to other medical professionals like vestibular therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, neuropsychologist for care of my TBI. Instead, in January of 2017 he had a friend of his who owns a 3D MRI Imaging company, do a follow up MRI, which revealed a clotted brain bleed. After getting those results in February of 2017, he raised all my medications, which were contraindicated for TBI and wrote this note, which was very revealing to a arbitration judge for the insurance company involved in my accident. Unfortunately, I am unable to copy and paste the letter at this time, but will post an updated review with the letter. The letter indicates that he is aware that I had TBI, he sent me for imaging of the brain and he recommends his airbnb, " retreat, psychotherapy and ketamine as treatment of the TBI. I now know that the course of treatment was more for a financial gain than to help me, because learning more about TBI and how to treat it after getting off his cocktail of medications and away from what I feel was septic treatment, the proper treatment would have been to see a neurologist, go for concussion care and neurological testing, none of which he ever recommended. Dr. Ablow was often late, on his phone when we were in sessions texting with other people. He told me about other patients. When I received my medical records from Dr. Ablow, other patients records were contained within the medical record. Dr. Ablow knew my husband and I could not afford to see him, but he was so convincing with his sales pitch, that my husband paid his astronomical fees, which he at one point, tried to get from our insurance company through the letter to the judge via us. My husband paid an estimated $80,000.00 and more. The end result, Keith Ablow, MD did not treat my traumatic brain injury, what he did was make my recovery for the brain injury much longer, and milk my husband for every penny he could, until he couldn't get anymore. When that happened, he abruptly stopped my therapy, no discharge plan, I had no follow up doctor to go to, with all the cocktail of medications, which he was prescribing at higher than normal doses. For example, Lorazepam 1mg twice a day and Klonipin 2mg 3x a day. So he stopped all treatment, two weeks prior to my wedding day. In July of 2017 I went to Dr. Navvaro his partner at Sea Coast Medical for ketamine treatment. Dr. Ablow had my treatment abruptly stopped once again. He had his secretary call my husband and tell him that I could not finish my course of treatment there. There is much more to my experience with Keith Ablow, MD, but I will leave it at that for now. Based on my experience I would not recommend him.

Dr. Hanlan provides personalized care like no other. You met one on one with him for over an hour,…read moreand discuss all the options, and information. He misses nothing. This is care found in the olden days and is now a rarity. He runs the office himself on with a pt receptionist so things do run behind. He is not affiliated with an HMO or mega conglomerate which is refreshing. I highly recommend dr. Hanlan. I feel he cares about me and we work toward a goal, together as a team.

Dr. Hanlon, originally an internal medicine guy, runs this small family practice in a unique way…read more He keeps the bureaucracy and staffing to a minimum and spends huge amounts of time with the patient. NO ten minute run in and outs here! He also has excellent listening skills. He will call you himself in the evenings with results of your tests and it is rare he forgets, but then he can be paged to correct that. Additionally Dr Hanlon will be your champion with anything he can that affects your health, be it your insurer, your pharmacy, your specialist, your hospital. Despite that he dislikes the health care bureaucracy as much as the patient does, he does not leave you at your own devices to fight it. His diagnostic skills and knowledge are spot on and he is totally open to learn new things, even from patients. Finally a doctor who cares first about healing the entire patient, not treating you like a mere statistic whom they can apply the newest fad treatment on.
