When we reached out to Shawn he responded immediately, established a rapport and was understanding of our work schedule and was flexible in regards to when we could view houses, take phone calls, etc. After only two days of looking, we found the house we had been looking for. It had been on the market for approximately 24 hours and because of the team at CM Real Estate we were the first to view the house and put an offer in which helped us, ultimately, buy our new home.
